One of my favorite headsets, picked up for early Black Friday deal! Always wanted a steel-series and I must say after two broken Corsair headsets in less than 1 year, steel-series is holding up!

Absolutely love the steel series head phones . I got the 9 series pro, and have nothing bad to say about them except they do use a strap to adjust the headphones. However everything else is great !!

The were great headphones... for about a month. It seamlessly transferred between my computer and phone without any issues until one day they just stopped working. Now steelseries will not stand behind their product. I am having major issues with them fulfilling the warrantee. They were also very comfortable.

The fact that you pay $200 for this headset just to get bad and cheap quality is disappointing. I’ve had this headset for about a year now, and as I simply picked it up again, the piece broke off and a weird way. I think it’s time to go back to the Astros.

Fits over ears very well and doesn’t get hot head set is super comfy I can ware this for long gaming sessions and it has a very long range
30 feet I can go to the fridge get a drink or to the rest room with the head set on and it don’t disconnect or miss a beat at all I was very surprised with the quality of this steel series atrics 9 head set I did try and buy a turtle beach wireless befor this 1 and it was very tight on my head I also tried the Sony pluse ps5 head set it was also very tight and very hot around the ears the steel series atrics 9 was the answer to my needs for fitting very comfy for a big head like mine and can tighten to whatever u need also it works perfectly to communicate with my team mates online or whatever very clear and you can also make these super super loud with the app you download these acutely are very loud unlike other head sets iv had in the past also this head set with the retractable mic and blue tooth you can connect these to your phone or whatever blue tooth you want and take them on a road trip or whatever other than gaming this head set was a no brainer in so many way it is very worth the money you pay for it and yes you can turn off hearing your own voice with this head set or turn it on you got many options(:

I love this headset they are comfortable and the app (why it can be slightly confusing.) has a ton of features that really enhance your gaming experience. i have had many headsets over the years and this is by far my favorite.
great sound quality
easy to adjust for the perfect fit
the only things i dont like about this headset is
1. the cost when i got it it was over 200
2. the power button feels like it does not work at times.

I was looking for something universal for listening music, playing games with friends, quick work meetings, and making zoom/phone calls from my phone. While this headset covers every my case, it has no compromises: Sound quality is good, hideable microphone is not getting in the way when you don't need it, fit is really comfortable for a long use, battery live is more than enough, and I love the mute indicator on the mic. While this headset support simultaneous connection I've never used it. But I do use it on both PC and connected to my phone via bluetooth, and I like how easy I can switch between them. Couple minor minuses to consider: old mini-USB (No USB-C); comfort fit works well when you sit still, but definitely not for active sports; looks bulky, but that's what you expect when you want normal sound quality. I'm using it for about a year now, and the headset is still looks and works OK. Definitely recommend if you want to invest in multi-purpose headset.

Hard to believe I've had these close to 2 years already. They have been nothing short of fantastic when it comes to wireless sound quality. However, for us PC users, Steelseries software is absolute junk, still to this day but I'll continue using these until they fall apart which there's no sign of yet.
They are extremely comfortable. Super breathable earpads and you truly barely know you're wearing a headset.
These are great for PS5 use too and the one horrible thing about these, like most headsets, the built in mic is dog water. But a lot of us thankfully use external mics but for the price these cost...eh. These are still fantastic and again, I'll use them until they no longer function or fall apart

I originally owned the Arctis Nova 7 and it had connection dropping issues. And the software sound channel management was clunky. This Arctis 9 has far better sound, better fit, easier to use and it includes the Bluetooth and 2.4G connection at the same time! I can be in a game and my phone will ring and I can answer my phone through my Arctis 9 and talk normally. You can configure the software to Lowe game sound while you talk. Best headset I’ve ever owned…. Oh by the way. It’s cheaper than the Nova7

Where do I start. So many headsets out there, it’s hard to find the perfect one especially when some cost so much. These are by far the best ones I’ve ever had, the comfort , wireless, easy set up, perfect sound and great battery life. This headset works amazing with my ps5. Well done Steel series, great product.
