Good overall headset but the cushion on the ears could be thicker you can sometimes feel the plastic inside on your ears other than that good headset

Great headset for price. Great connectivity. I do wish it came in leather or PU as the foam is kinda hot. The headband is pretty comfortable

Broke after a month

I have had these for just over a month, and they have already broke on me. They started out great, but one day the left side suddenly became quieter than the right. I dealt with this by changing the volume on the quiet side, but they only a day later just decided to quit on me. Headset will still turn on but won’t output any sound any more. I have used steelseries in the past and was happy with their products but this pair was just a waste of my money.

I was worried at first with switching to wireless due to lag and delay, but so far there has been zero of that. Its an amazing gaming headset and its at an amazing price since it use to be twice as much.

I like how they swivel at the ear. That's were my last brand broke. I've had better wired. But due to pets, I have to be wireless.

The build quality is pretty good and audio quality is fine (unless you’re an audiophile) but I bought and returned two different pairs that both had terrible left right balance. The headset uses analog drivers and they’re likely mismatched. I expected better for $350, Steel Series has gone downhill, especially when it comes to quality control.

They stopped working after a month. One of the earphones just stopped working and I trouble shoot for hours to fix it only for the issue to reoccur in a few days. Also Bluetooth wouldn’t pair half the time no matter what usb port I used. For the price I’m very disappointed I have moved on to a much cheaper set and they’re way better.

The headset had great sound and performance. However, after just over 1 year of use the headset stopped holding a charge and will only turn on when plugged in. Working with Steelseries support now to determine what I can do.

Many of my friends recommended the Steel Series. I never expected to experience a malfunction of the product. I figured the worst outcome would be missing out on a better, more comfortable option. But this thing had problems connecting via Bluetooth and it never got better. The configuration is more complex than it should be to A: turn the headphone on, then B: activate Bluetooth. Multiple steps, but that's ok if it wasn't also complex and requiring unbroken attention every time you use the headphone. Not a great experience. Bluetooth tech has been around for a long, long time and none of my bluetooth accessories require mindfulness to activate. You have to really be paying attention and follow the steps to get this headphone connected. Not great. Pain will be involved every time you attempt to use them. These phones were at the top price range and a very deep disappointment. The comfort was premium but the functionality was very poor and the thing also malfunctioned after the return period expired. I'll be calling on their customer service and not expecting much but maybe they will surprise me.
