I bought this headset for Black Friday and it has been amazing so far. The sound quality on these headphones are really good and I can hear much more audio than I could previously. They are also really comfortable around my head and the battery lasts me at full charge around a full day of use. No cons so far.

I lost yrack of how many headsets we've gone through as the hamer in the family is very selective, but finally we found the perfect fit! Retractable mic and adjustable fit that's secure as well as comfy. Excellent sound quality and lots of buttons on the side to make changes to volume etc...easy to use and durable!

recently got the SteelSeries gaming headset, and I must say, it's pretty impressive! The sound quality is top-notch, with clear and immersive audio that enhances my gaming experience. The headset is also very comfortable to wear, even during long gaming sessions. The adjustable headband and cushioned ear cups provide a snug fit without causing any discomfort. The microphone is great too, delivering clear voice chat with my friends. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the build quality could be a bit sturdier. Overall, though, it's a fantastic headset for gaming enthusiasts like us!

loved these headphones, the sound is great as long as you dont install the steel series software. it tried to make it have artificial 3d spatial audio and it makes it super muddled. without it though they sound great! Bluetooth mode works amazing too, I have left my phone across house and it stays connected with no issue

Great bass and sound quality, good battery life and overall just extremely comfortable. Once you get this headset you can't go to another. If they release the next iteration make sure it has that headband on it because wow it's great!

I wanted a better set of headphones for gaming and pick these up. They are amazing for both my gaming desktop and PS5. Absolutely love that I can pair via Bluetooth to my phone and listen to music, or Discord while also hearing my gaming session via the usb adapter.

A gift for 13 year old to replace other headset. Very happy with comfort, over all quality, audio and mic quality. The battery lasts long time so only charging every few days depending on use. Happy with purchase.

I’ve used headsets from Razer and Astro. Top-of-the-line headsets. They always had issues. Either structural wise or with the audio quality. I was so tired of mediocrity in my gaming audio experience. My daughter got a pair of these for her birthday and I was blown away by the structural integrity, as well the audio quality. So I purchased these for myself. The immersive audio experience is unbelievable. As well as the ambient noise suppression. I love these things. Battery life is also very good. No issues connecting automatically every time. I know windows sometimes likes to change audio devices by itself causing the user to have to re-pair the device. Hasn’t been an issue with these.

Love them so far. I use them all day taking calls for work. They are so comfortable and I am able to wear them all day without pain. They are incredibly light weight. Microphone is good quality. Customers are able to hear me clearly.

Amazing headset, got it during a sale for a cheap price, functions really well. Mic quality is good enough and bluetooth is easy to pair. Battery life lasts really long (at least for now)

Bought these for my teenage son, he loves them. Immediately removed them from the box, paired them to his phone to try them out. Super comfortable, light weight and last a long time.

Very comfortable head band. Can hardly tell they're on. The retractible mic is a nice feature. Setup was as simple as it gets. The sound is great but expected considering there's now speakers directly over your ears. Mostly plastic but seem very sturdily built. My only minor complaint is that every time I start up my PS5 the sound defaults to the headphones and not TV so I have to go in and change it real quick. Probably due to the docking dongle that connects to the PS5. A slight inconvenience but mostly because I'm playing without chatting a majority of my game time. There might even be a setting in the PS5 I'm missing as I haven't looked deep. I'd totally recommend these headphones, especially if you can get them marked down. I got them at a pretty deep discount and they're totally worth it.

Had them for about 9 months now they are comfortable and don’t hurt your ears only downside is they aren’t loud but sound clean

Finally. A headset that feels great and sounds great. The clarity of the microphone is great, and the fact that it reels back in when you dont need it is a very nice touch. The ear cushions and comfortable and the weight is barely noticeable. I only have one gripe: the sound on my PC doesnt switch back to the speakers when i turn of the headset. I habe to do this manually. Other than that, great headset

Very comfortable headset. Doesnt cause pressure around the ears. Sound quality is very high. One thing i dont like tho is the volume wheels on both sides. One is for actual volume while the other is for splitting chatting and game volume. It really messes with the actual level of sound and its difficult to tell which is which when you take off the headset and put it back on trying to figure out which one has muted the sound on the headset.

Although nowhere on the box or Best Buy description, these work with the Nintendo Switch. It does so via the USB-A dongle which connects to the dock. It does not have a way, USB-C dongle, to connect directly to the Switch in handheld mode, but I don’t mind. Its able to take phone calls or play music via Bluetooth as well. A real solid headset. We now have 3 Steelseries headsets, they are durable, trustworthy and respected. In the past have tried for various consoles and PC plastic headsets from Hyper, Razer, Turtlebeach but we always come back to Steelseries.

Really good headset for gaming, if you have. A pc you can change the setting on the audio which is very helpful. It’s very comfortable to, I don’t know if you can change setting on console. Something that is also helpful is that you can connect to your console and to your phone at the same time.

Wont hold a connection. Doesn't have the heavy bass I was looking for. Great overall product but got something for cheaper with better quality and overall sound I went with the Corsair HS80 RGB Wireless. Virtually the exact same product for a few minor differences. Ease of use, Sound, Connectivity, Weight of actual headset & Price
