The sound quality is not what you would expect for this price. Also, when you turn the volume up past a certain point there is a white noise/static sound that is more obvious than any other headset ive used. My headset was pretty uncomfortable on the ears too. I was using the steel series arctis 3 before, which is a $50 headset, and its more confortable and not that far off on sound quality. Ended up returning this one the same day and trading it for the Razer Barracuda Wireless for $100 less and its much better than this one and felt worth the money.
