I love these headsets. But this model has the battery life of an hour.

Audio keeps messing up on it and some days it works and other day it’s doesn’t

Love then when they connect but I have to reet them about once a week to get them to transmit sound.

Great range of sound. Quality build. Priced right.

Keeps shutting off. Works great when i works but sometimes it will shut off in the middle of a meeting and ill have to switch to ps5 back to computer. The light only blinks white. I used to be abke to tell the charge by the color on my old set.

Service at best buy was great but average headset.

My son loved the headphones he got for Christmas2023. They worked great up until a week ago when the power button broke and caved in the inside of the headphones.

The product seems to be very good, but I never had the chance to try it. i ordered it on Christmas for my son, the order was delayed at first, and the day after was showing as “delivered” with just a picture of the package and a floor behind that I don’t recognize. But it wasn’t delivered. Never got it. The asked me what I wanted to do, I told them to sent me another one, but they didn’t have the product on stock anymore, so the only option was a refound. And now they are send me a lot of emails to review the product that I never had.

They are a pain to connect to your computer, but work

So this thing says it supports lossless audio, the by let me be clear. I’m a professional musician and only listen through high end audio equipment. Low quality audio compression screams at me and gives me instant headaches. This thing is nowhere near lossless; At best it sounds like 64-128kbps. It is HEAVILY compressed garbage. The top end basically sounds like an audio representation of jpeg artifacts if you set max compression to get the squares everywhere. It’s disgusting. These sound about on par with a $5 pair of earbuds. Do. Not. Buy. I didn’t know it was possible to make headphones with drivers this big sound this bad. These guys have no respect for signal integrity.

Amazing sound! Great for gamers. My son loves it. Definitely worth the money.

It was good for a year or so but then completely broke and the sound became crunchy and would cut out and play static sudden noises it would hurt my ears a lot

So far works very well !!!! Very sturdy, durable and comfortable.

Some issues with getting Bluetooth to connect with my laptop. Also shuts off randomly even when actively in use and with a full charge. Sound quality is good and microphone is nice.
