I have had the headset for about 5 months now and they have been alright, except for the fact that they randomly turn off right in the middle of me playing a game or watching a video. As well as the fact that they just won't turn on sometimes. I would not buy this again, and WILL NOT be using any steel series headsets in the future. Definitely going back to wired headsets

This headset does not last very long, battery life is trash. the one with switchable batteries is better because at least your gaming doesn't stop 2x a day. will be returning immediately.

For a $200 pair of headphones they are made like garbage. The band is aethetic only and not adjustable

This headset is complete and utter garbage. 0/10 comfort. The sound quality is horrible; my old apple earphones sound better than this sorry excuse for a gaming headset. The wireless feature is annoying to set up and the connectivity is horrible. I will be returning this headset and buying a Razer Blackshark v2 wireless.

My son has been using this headset since Christmas Eve. He is already having issues with it not working . The mic won’t work . It will not connect to the PC unless is is through the Aux. it will not charge . Very disappointed considering the amount it cost . Will not purchase this brand again .

They're great but they keep disconnecting for some reason. They reconnect almost instantly but it's still weird how much it does it.

Garbage product. I’ve bought 4 different of the Arctis series headsets the last being the Arctis 9 headset and they start with great quality for the first few months and then without fail like every other Arctis series I’ve bought they stop working in some way. Will never purchase another steel series headset. Disappointing and poor quality for a lasting headset.

This gets a zero raiting from me. The order has been delayed and it has been almost impossible to get my refund. I love Best Buy they have great products however the communication between them and their suppliers is not great. I feel like i keep getting the run around.

Broke in less than a year, mid level audio settings and listening to classical music while coding (and some LoFi). Headphone was treated with care and handled carefully. Terrible purchase.

Connectivity is the worst I’ve ever seen. Had to reconnect every time it turned off. Sound quality is horrible. Sound would sometimes work. Completely muffled after a couple days of use. Would not ever buy again. Makes me want to never buy Steel Series ever.

Crap mic quality. Mic picks up everything so everyone you’re playing with hears themselves echoing in terrible quality. Signal gets interrupted easily by other devices. Your own mic input looped back to you with no seemingly possible way to turn it off. Not USB-C.
