I really love this headset for the fact that it is wireless and fits my head (I have a small head). Sound wise, amazing. Although, the default max volume isn’t as loud as it is, so it has to be adjusted from the Steelseries Sonar app. Microphone is outstanding, according to people who I have talked to/voice called. My only concern is the connection is faulty at times. I’ve only been using this headset for a month and sometimes it does not connect for some reason, or it is not recognized by my PC. So at instances like this, I had to use the bluetooth instead. It’s not the perfect headset, but it’s a great one.

Solid over all headset. I use it 75% of the time on my pc and occasionally on my ps5, to switch I just unplug the dongle from the tower and move it over to my ps5. Works like a charm. I don’t use the microphone as I have a nicer studio mic (yeti x) but as far as this head set goes it’s what you would expect from a steel series headset. All around good sound and directional audio as well as decent highs and lows, I’m not an audiophile and don’t feel like it’s necessary to drop 3-400 dollars or more on a pair of open back studio headphones or anything. These are great. I have a bigger head and they are very comfortable as well.

I got this headset 4-5 months ago because my old headset was worn out after 6 years of use. The reviews on this headset were overwhelmingly positive so I decided to buy it. Here are my pros and cons of this headset. Pros: Clear Audio Quality Great Microphone Extremely Lightweight and comfortable Cons: Frequent Disconnects while using Bluetooth Short Battery Life Overall: Buying this headset at a discount would be ideal but I would not recommend this headset at its retail price. I do not dislike this headset, but it does not perform anywhere close to my old Corsair Virtuoso in terms of build quality, sound quality, and battery life.

I got a defective product, would charge it, turn it on and it would die after just 5 minutes

I got these for my gf who is a huge gamer and she died for them! She says they are so comfortable on the top of her head and comfortable to wear with her glasses on. Also, her friends have told her that her audio sounds super crisp.

I own the artics 7 and got this as a gift for my boyfriend knowing how good the 7 is. It was received with high praise! The simultaneous bluetooth and receiver capabilities have come in quite handy for what I had initially brushed off as a gimmick that wouldnt be used. The battery life is great, it has an almost identical design to the 7 with a few button layout changes, and the microphone is fine. Id recommend this as a high quality headset that is best used in and around the house for a dedicated gaming setup. The included mic is fine for a headset, but dont buy it expecting better quality from a dedicated USB mic. The range on the receiver is pretty good as well.

The sound quality is so-so imo, the software is not designed properly, you have almost no useful options to configure your headset in the software. The equalizer is probably just a "user satisfaction" gui because it doesnt really do anything.. I couldnt hear no bass whatsoever. The wire connection is still the old micro-usb which you probably wouldn't expect from a $199 headset, at least upgrade it to USB-C guys. Used it for a day and returned it

Works great and very clear, my husband can play PS% while i get to listen to my shows without any interruption. I think it was a great buy so I bought another!

I got them for 50% off and for $100 they're pretty good. Sometimes I need to replug the little dongle it connects to so if that was in an inaccessible spot that would be a pain. Not sure if that's my computer's fault of the headphones' but something to note either way. I wouldn't buy these at the full $200 though.

I bought these for 50% off thinking they were a steal, now I’m leaning towards they are just not doing well, and for good reason, so they’re trying to get rid of them. Although they’re comfy and the quality of the sound is good, the consistency of audio cutting in and out is almost unbearable. I may be a little sensitive to it or something, but I’m personally planning on returning them because the static of it cutting in and out is too much for me. Like I said, if you can handle it, they’re very comfy and the sound is good (when it’s there). Also, there was one time in the 3 days I’ve been using them that they just completely disconnected while I was in the middle of a game. Overall, not a good experience at all.

Love the headphones. They last for a long time on a charge and the noice canceling is amazing.

Everything about this headset was great until I realized how fragile it is. I had these for 5 months and the sound quality and comfort were great however all it took was a 1 foot fall off of my bed to completely ruin them. The power button doesn’t work anymore meaning I cannot turn them on at all. I wish I could give them a higher rating but the fact that something like that is what broke them (I never threw or smashed my headset against anything either) is why I am giving it 2 stars. Buy at your own risk.
