The headset is mildly annoying for those with larger heads as it presses a little on the top of your head even after adjusting the elastic band. The mic isn’t very strong either. After tweaking the audio input controls on the SteelSeries software, the audio control panel, the normal computer settings and in game settings, the mic audio still comes in pretty quiet. Other than that the headset is a decent buy.

Very good headset. The instruction manual could be improved. No real description of controls and functions. I use it for conferencing with my phone and it works perfectly.

I bought this for my husband, who is an avid PC gamer. Setup was a little finicky because of the Bluetooth, but afterward there's been no issues. Good sound quality and voice quality.

I picked up 2 pairs of this headset based off of its features and reviews. Having had them for some time now I have to tell people to actively avoid this product. There are a number of issues with it and they need to be addressed separately. 1) They keep breaking. After about 10 months the mute button broke. This caused the headset to be permanently muted. I was able to RMA and they sent a replacement but it took over a month. After another 10 months the exact same piece broke again. It is unlikely they will replace them a second time. 2) They turn off randomly. All 3 headsets have had this problem. I have tried disabling the auto turn off, updating the software, and updating the firmware. Nothing seems to fix this. There does not appear to be any pattern to this. Sometimes it will do it multiple times in a single day, sometimes I can go a full week without it happening. 3) Bluetooth turns on randomly. This only happens with one of the headsets, but the Bluetooth will randomly turn on and disconnect from the 2.4 band. 4) Listed stats don't hold up. They list a battery life of 20+ hours but only seem to last about 14-16. I always have these plugged in when not using them and they have never reached 20 hours. The 2.4 range is listed as 40 feet, but at 20 feet with line of sight to the receiver they start breaking up and disconnecting. I purchased these thinking they would be a nice upgrade from my Corsair headset and I am extremely disappointed with them. If you want a better AND cheaper headset go with the Corsair Void Elite.

This headset is fantastic, good powerful sound, clear and loud microphone, and easy to use on-board controls. Without a doubt, the whole package.
