Since I started using the SteelSeries Arctis 9 gaming headset, my gaming experience has completely changed. I’ve been impressed by both the convenience of the wireless connection and the high quality of sound. The Dolby surround sound offers an almost real-life experience in-game. The clarity of the microphone gives me a huge advantage when communicating with friends. Even during long gaming sessions, its comfortable design ensures I never feel discomfort. This headset more than justifies its price!

Coming from a legit headphone set up with amp/sac I wanted a wireless option but kept returning headphones because they didn’t get load enough and deliver enough punch. Until I got these. The sound blew me away and the software that comes with them is amazing. Stopped even picking up beyerdynamics and found these better at positional audio in games also. Also some of the most comfortable headphones I ever wore.

connects really well to both my phone and my computer ... using for remote call center for a Avaya software that uses your own phone to call you through ... only thing I wish it had more instructions on charging.
long wear comfort.
little pricy but worth it for functionality of being able to connect through teams on computer and blue tooth accepting calls ... big plus no wires getting in your way

very comfortable and good audio, it's blue tooth pairing is a little complex for folks with simple set ups like me. good audio, balance is better for gaming and calls not music but it's not in such a way that you can't enjoy your favorite playlist with it. although you can't really lie down with it

Really good headphones! Love the feel and quality. At first it was a little confusing because they don't tell you that you need to download a software, steelseries gg, to get them updated, but once you do that, it's easy as it does it all on it's own. Definitely recommend them if you want to splurge a little on wireless headphones. I had the wired ones before and wanted to move over to transition. No lag time if you use the connector it comes with.

Nice and comfy. Not a fan of the button placement but that might be due to the fact im used to the arctis pro. Also friends on discord say the mic on the arctis pro sounded better. Sound quality tho is great, and the comfort level is superb. Theyre nice but not great. Pc gamer here

Great audio. Battery life is great. Reason for the 4 stars is for some reason when I first got them the audio was cutting off and it was making a beeping sound. All that got fixed after I updated them using my pc. Good price for a good pair of headphones

I have enjoyed this item since I purchased back in November! Love the comfort and adjustable head strap. I recommend this item to anyone who is looking for a quality, durable, affordable , and great priced gaming headset! Best feature is the ability to listen to your game audio and your music or phone call on your cell phone.

Good sound quality for gaming. I play Apex Legends, Valorant and Open world games. The problem is the Steelseries sonar application. It always shows my monitor as input and output. I have to manually change it back to steelseries all the time
