Absolutely a joke of headphones for the price. Aside from the fact that they don't work, they were phenomenal headphones, the audio was crisp and clear, quick connection, nice distance range. I'm disappointed they stopped working

Great wireless headset for Xbox

Just a bad version of the Logitech Pro X headset

What I got was kind of Junk. For PC the thing only turns up half way unless you download the Steelseries application that puts a bunch on random unnecessary stuff on your pc (that you can at least disable.) The Sonar app is terrible and glitchy and the support for it was completely unresponsive. The sound itself was just a sub par version of the logitech por X headset with worse surroundsound and worse quality. The headset does not tell you how much battery it has either. It just sort of mutes the game and beeps at you right before it dies. Overall not worth the price at all.

I got the Steel Series Arctis 7x for the PS5 and those are amazing. This, I decided to get these for the Series X. These are completely the opposite! Horrible! Sounds quality is terrible! The connection keeps cutting off! And the highest volume is barely close to loud! Get the Xbox headphones instead.
