lot of work to do

Disconnected or wouldn’t connect on most occasions; evidently a very common problem that is inexcusable for a $200 headset trying to compete with astro a50’s and such. Some people buy them and have no connection issues, some get unlucky like I did and can use them 1/4 of the time.

Great sound and noise cancel, but cheap quality.

Both ears split/cracked after less than one year of use and now are no longer able to be worn. Too expensive for such short usage. They were only used by an adult and never mishandled. I would not recommend.

Great at first

According to other reviews these were to be awesome. However, after only 3 weeks of use they stopped charging and needed to be reset multiple times. The left speaker is no longer providing output. Im so glad that I purchased the warranty. I never imagined that I would need to use it within less than a months time.

Tried the reset button but that did not fix the issue. I called best buy and the person I talked to was very rude and said there was nothing they could do to help me. I then contacted steel series and they referred me back to best buy. Very frustrated with the customer service.

Cheaply made - not worth price

Crackling noisy don’t work

Crackling and not consistent audio, for the price you would think they would work but nope had to return them. Comfortable and great audio quality but again they don’t work. Very annoying crackling noises for me and friends on chat.
