Best headset ever!
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Would I buy it again yes I actually did I bought another set for my son. One I bought in July 5 months later I have had no problems with them so far so I decided to buy a second set for my son. The only quirk is that at times if I get too far from the x box it losses connection bull all you need to do is double press the on button and it synchronize to it again. It doesn't bother me so I don't mind it. It's really not a deal breaker beside all the good outdoes that one thing. The sound is phenomenal when playing you can distinguish the sound left right and even behind and In front Which is very important when knowing the placement of foot steps. Great sound when playing also connectivity to the phone so you can play music when having matches. When on high it's loud bassy and sounds clear not distorted the drivers are on point. When you love bass you Wish it had more bass, but then it would not be a headset it would be a subs on your ears. When it's All set and done they are great.

Great headset.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Hands down the best wireless headset I’ve owned for the Xbox. They have a solid build and don’t feel cheap and “plasticy” I love being able to connect and listen to music while I’m gaming. The mute indicator (the mic lights up red) is helpful. As are the dual volume (game only and overall) controls. The battery life is also great, I’ve never had it die on me even after some longer gaming sessions. My one con is that they still use a micro USB to charge. Everything is moving towards usb-c so that’s a little disappointing, but not a deal breaker. Highly recommend this headset.

Amazing but their something about them.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this product with hype of the YouTube ranking them as the best headset for Xbox beating the Astro 50. they are great, comfy, i like the sleek looking of them, Bluetooth works great, did lose service once in a while just like everyone in reviews, but to me, the sounds quality felt flat, I try to adjust them to my standard I couldn't find it. That's the main reason why I return them

Wow
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Here is my journey, for the last few years I have used the Astro a40 2013 model. I have also used or still use Corsair Voids that I got for $10 two years ago. I upgraded to the new a40 and gave my girlfriend the old ones. Over the week that I had them I noticed the 5.1 is broken with a tinny sound that's well known. That made them really only usable with Atmos which makes it pointless since there are better wired that work with Atmos. I decided let me try the a50. They glitched so bad and hurt my ears, I wanted wireless originally, gave in to the a40s then moved to the a50. Which then brought me to these, I have to say I love them. I can pin point better than before, I can use my switch or PC via 3.5 mm. Also with PC you can use the Xbox PC adapter but you have to sync to the console every time you go to PC. I can answer my phone, I hear my girlfriends bird chirp text tone so well I thought it was a bird in battlefield for a second till I remembered. My only complaint, no auto shut off of any type. I'm used to wired so a few times I placed it down and walked away for a few hours. Overall I'm in love with these and I hope they continue to work and bring me more kills. They have saved me a bunch already. Maybe even more than my old Astros.

Hands done best gaming headset
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have worked my way through turtle beaches entire line plus a few extras and nothing... I mean nothing touches the arctic 9x. The comfort is cloud like, the sound is clean, unbelievable immersive, and easy to dial in with the volume controls. While all these features are a step above the highest selling point is sidetone. Sidetone is the ability to hear your self talking so you don’t end up screaming at the top of your lungs. Wether you are a trying to keep your spouse happy and trying to get you kids to tone it down a bit the Arctic 9x is THE answer. You will need to connect your headset to a computer to edit this setting (it comes from the factory at the moderate volume) the app is easy to use and a nice touch for the system anyway. Hope you enjoy it as much as I have!

Incredible for audio-philes
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been looking for a set of headphones to hold a candle to my Turtle Beach 800x 7.1 Surround Sound headphones for a long time, and I finally settled on this. While the bass isn't AS rich as the TB800X, it's still incredibly strong. Crisp and powerful, these are gorgeous headphones, worth the money. The only issue I stumbled onto was getting the voice chat to work. Basically long story short, you need to turn the game chat up, and the voice chat down to hear the people you're playing. I guess it makes sense in a backwards kinda way. The headstrap is INCREDIBLY comfortable, much more comfy than any other over-ear headphones I've owned, and are great for long term sessions. I even forget I'm wearing them. The noise cancelling is perfect, too perfect. I can't hear a word my wife is saying to me when these are on, which can be awesome... until it becomes dangerous ifyouknowwhatImean. Anywho. If you want the best XBox Headset out there, this is it chief.

For xbox, this is the best, hands down
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Connects easily, controls are easily managed, sound quality is great, battery life is as expected (good). Very comfortable on the head and the retractable mic is great for when its unnecessary. Neighbors love it because it means the subwoofer doesnt scare everyone in the apartment block.

Good
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really like the headset probably the most comfortable I have tried thus far, however, I return the item due to the sound quality. There was practically no base and didn't fit with my multi-purpose needs. Other than that the sound quality was great and I was able to hear all things when gaming and would recommend to an individual whose primary purpose is gaming.

Perfect headset just one setback.
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The headset itself is very comfy, loud, and just what I wanted. I have two issues with this headset to not give it 5 stars. The first is it does not come with the dongle to use for pc, you have to go spend the extra 25 to be able to use it for pc as well even though it’s for both. The second issue is how to connect it to the Xbox is very confusing even worse on pc.

Worth the investment!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Incredible sound quality, especially with Dolby Atmos for headphones enabled for extra awesomeness! Headphones are very comfortable to wear, have excellent battery life, and the direct pair to my Series X console works great. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Easy connect, great sound and noise canceling
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As stated this the is as easy to connect as a controller. Battery life is unbelievably long and you can wear for long periods with comfort. The sound is perfect for all areas of gameplay. Can’t hear outside noise distractions and the mic doesn’t pick up any noise that my old one did.

||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This headset is the hest quality headset I've ever owned. Sound is awesome, and it has three preset audio settings. You can also customize the audio by connecting it to a PC. It is by far the lightest headset Ive own also. They feel very durable.

Useless after a year
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My headset has had problems I bought them in July of 2022. They sound great and fit well. I have no fatigue over long hours. But that doesn’t make up for their poor connectivity. Most days, they just disconnect from my Xbox randomly. I could here game chat but the game would go silent. It’s like they are still on but not connected. It happens multiple times in just a few minutes and then the rest of the night I can’t use them. It is the most frustrating thing. Now, they won’t even turn in anymore. I have had them hardly a year and they are dead… can’t power on or anything.

Good headphones... if you get a Protection Plan!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These headphones have great sound quality and comfort however, tend to break with common use about 6 to 12 months into use. Truly a shame! Great product otherwise.

Excellent
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I did a lot of review before purchasing a new gaming headset. There are a lot of headsets out there, but most simply don’t have full functionality with Xbox. A lot of headsets’ mics won’t even work with Xbox. Who wants to pay for an amazing headset that doesn’t function? At the $200 price range for wireless, it’s basically these or the Astro A50. These are the cheaper between the two. I’m very pleased with this headset the true wireless is nice (although not a huge deal)...where these really shine though is the fact that they’re Bluetooth enabled. So you can use them as everyday headphones. They have a 20 hr battery life, so you’re good to go through the day and still have plenty of battery for gaming. Also, while gaming, you can simultaneously have the Bluetooth connection active, so you can have a phone or other Bluetooth device connected. Overall these are very nice. I originally intended to spend less on a gaming headset, but I’m glad I went with this headset!

Good Sound Quality but Issues with Connectivity
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good sound quality but issues with connectivity. These work great when they are working. They have issues losing their connection to the XBox and other devices. The sound quality is awesome but once you lose connection it takes days sometimes for it to reconnect......Maybe I just have a bad set but it is super frustrating.
