Very comfortable headset. I had heard of issues of interference with Xbox Series X controllers. Unfortunately i had this issue and have since returned them. They produce good sound, but I found the volume a bit low for my taste, even with Dolby Atmos enabled on my Xbox Series X. I recommend getting the Arctis 7x. They are louder and I have had no issues with connection with my Xbox Series X. You do lose Bluetooth however, though for my needs I don’t need it. Compared to the Arctis 7p headset, which I also own, they sound a bit louder than the 7x, which in turn are lounger than the Arctis 9x.

Coming from a Turtle Beach headset, this was a nice step up in comfort and overall sound quality. When it is working, it provides crisp, clean audio and an awesome gaming experience. My biggest qualm is the interference/static i get at random times. Bluetooth cuts in and out for no apparent reason. From what I've read, it is due to distance from the router. I have never had this problem on any of my prior headphones and am relatively disappointed given the price paid.

I have been using this headset for two weeks now with my new Xbox series X. My old headset was a wired Turtle Beach XOFour. I am so glad to have made the change. The Arctis 9X has performed perfectly. Ease of connection/use with Xbox is flawless. Good range and sound, both in game and chat. I really like being able to connect to Bluetooth while playing games. The headset is very comfortable, even while wearing glasses. I have not experienced any dis-connections issues. Highly recommend, esp. with Xbox.

This is a great headset. I really like how comfortable it is. Only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star it’s because I’ve had it for about two months and I had disconnected when I’m playing like 5 time don’t know if it needs an update or it’s a faulty unit.

They have connectivity problems? Nit good range, and soemtimes (with the connectivity) they’ll cut in and out (gets a little buzzy). I have amazing wifi and connection so its the headset. My Turtle beaches never have this problem and theyre also bluetooth so. These are overall a mid headset. I recommend a different one if they’re not for sale!

So many features that are great. The bluetooth is something you will want in every headset. You can listen to music while playing your game, take a phone call, etc. However, the range is pathetic. I would walk 10 ft from the Xbox and they would start disconnecting. I was sitting on my couch, 8-10 ft in front of the box and they would disconnect in the middle of a session. I returned them and went with another brand. Bluetooth is awesome, very comfortable, horrible range.

I loved the quality of this headset, the noise, the feel, all amazing. However, the headset at times tends to disconnect itself. It's not too frequent but it does happen and could be annoying especially when playing a competitive match.

These are by far the most comfortable headphones I've ever owned. The sound quality is great. Noise cancelling is good. The microphone sounds good according to people i chat with. No disconnect issues or turning off randomly. Volume controls are easy to use. The microphone can retract when you're not using it or just don't want it in your face. A red light on the microphone lets you know it's muted. Connects easily with my phone and can connect with the xbox at the same time. You can even hear audio from both if you want. Haven't tried connecting to pc since i don't have one. Only thing I don't like is how long you have to hold the power button to turn them on or off.

Was going to get the Turtlebeach Stealth 700s but decided to go with these because the build quality seemed better and the sound quality was reportedly better based on reviews! The turtle beaches are also older. Boy I am not disappointed with my decision! The headband is steel, the ski goggle strap is super comfy and so are the ear cups. Sound quality is good and I haven’t had any connectivity problems. Me and my buddy played Far Cry New Dawn for a few hours and not even 1 disconnect. Very happy with this purchase. I have to wonder if it’s different peoples setups that is causing radio interference. Everything seems fine to me as of time of writing.

The audio is good, no issues with that but there are a issues that making it not worth even buying them. Biggest issue is that it constantly disconnects from the Xbox and you'll have to turn them on and off multiple times while in game. Almost seems like it happens at the worst time possible. 2nd is the game/chat mixer doesn't stay were you put it. You constantly have to keep moving it back to place. 3rd I recently started connecting to my phone and you can literally see it and hear it disconnecting from the phone. 4th customer service is not every helpful. They say cause of Microsoft tech, the headset can pick up slight interference. Their replies are very cookie cutter and basically want you to remove anything with a signal away from you or the reset button. The interference is not slight, it's major! Every single night a play i have to mess with 2-6 times in a 2 hr period. 5th after disconnecting 4 times last night, they just won't turn back on anymore.

Amazing quality! I love this headset, once you figure out the buttons it’s super easy to use, great sound quality, extremely comfortable and good mic quality from what my friends tell me. They could really tell I had a new headset before I mentioned it! It is a little bit of a splurge but definitely worth!

Bought for my Series X. First headset I owned. I purchased it so I could play Cyberpunk on my week off without disturbing my wife working from home. Tested it out... and it is absolutely incredible. It’s comfortable to wear and the sound is incredible. Did some of the Dolby tests from the Xbox app and played a few games. It connected instantly just like a controller and it’s simple to use. Not sure how I went this long without a proper headset.. not turning back now.

I was using turtle beaches for the longest time prior to this purchase. I must say, the sound quality is amazing. In fortnite I became confused at first with all of the different sounds that I've been missing out on. It took about a week to adjust, but it has improved my skills quite a bit. Battery life is great. Mic is said by teammates to be very clear and there isn't any background noise other than my voice alone. I also use these for music off of my phone and they work great as headphones. All in all, great purchase.

Best, most comfortable sounding headphones I’ve used aside from the pricey boys like booze qc. They feel a lot better on my head than turtle beaches, the quality of the hardware is good. The app for windows has a graphic eq to tune them even better than the 4 presets, the mic sounds great and doesn’t bleed from the speakers and pick up your homies talking to you and feed back. I also work in audio production and use these guys for my job. I put my livelihood in these headphones Oh it also can connect to your phone at the same time to listen to podcasts or walk thrus or music

I definitely would recommend these for purchase with some caution. First, it comes with a chat mixer and an overall volume. I personally would like the ability to control game chat and game sounds instead of one volume that raises one while lowering the other. Second, the first pair I purchased kept getting horrible feed back from my Wi-Fi. It would drop all sounds and I would have to turn it off and back on. I read the best option was to keep returning them until you got one that wouldn’t do that. So, I returned them and got a new pair. The second pair worked perfectly, zero drop due to Wi-Fi interference.

After having some 420x Turtle beaches for 4 years I was hoping to upgrade to something better sadly it wasn’t the case. Don’t get me wrong they’re good headphones but I felt the sound quality wasn’t there for the price. Not as loud as my older headphones. They are truly wireless but honestly the connectivity is abysmal. I can’t even go to the kitchen in my apartment without it disconnecting and having to restart it. It’s kinda annoying tbh. Comfort is pretty good tho I’ve worn them for 5+ hours and didn’t get sore at all. Overall I wish I would’ve gone a different route. They’re not terrible but not great. 150 should be the price.
