Easy to connect to the series X wirelessly, sound is excellent, it’s comfortable to wear for hours at a time and the bonus of being able to connect to Xbox wirelessly while at the same time connected to another device via Bluetooth is fantastic. My sole negative observation at this point is the use of micro-USB connection for power, micro-USB is annoying on all levels. Granted my review could change after 6 months or more but for the time I’ve had with it so far I definitely recommend this headset.

Bought this as a gift for my dad so we could play games together. I was worried about interference because his Series X is next to the modem and router at their house and he sits probably 15 feet away. Fortunately, none to be had. He had the following to say: loves the surround sound, comfortable enough to wear for long gaming sessions, they hold a charge seriously well, he likes that he can control volume of chat versus game, they were easy to setup, and last he likes that the mic can be tucked away.

The comfort and sound quality is great, but the connectivity is very poor. Range is about a few feet, regardless if it is PC, Bluetooth, or Xbox. If you lose Xbox connectivity it will also turn off your Bluetooth connection which is very annoying. All around very disappointed.

The set I have disconnects without disconnecting if that's not confusing enough. It'll be working fine and all of a sudden, nothing. No sound, no chat, nothing. It still shows I'm connected. I'll restart it, then it'll work right. And also, I get a lot of chattering almost if they're about to lose signal reception even though I'm 6-8 ft away from my Xbox. But when this thing is firing on all cylinders easily one of the best. But I'm sticking to my Plantronics 800xl. Never had one problem with these after 2 years.

Best head set I have ever used, I was a Turtle Beach user since 2009, they used to make decent headphones, my last pair were the X700 and they just didn’t cut it, I knew there was something better out there. A buddy of mine told me about the Arctis 9x and I was not disappointed, the sound is spot on I can pinpoint the location of movements in game 100% the ear muffs are so comfortable, my 60 yr old father in law saw a movie while the kids were in class and he was blown away, he loves them the sound the comfort. Best headset I have ever purchased.

The headset is the best headset I’ve ever used the size adjustment is very easy to do. The sound quality is also very good, and another feature it has that I like is on the Xbox home page it displays the battery life if it, the only issue I have had with it is if there is a lot of noise going on in a game your playing sometimes the audio won’t be great and will cutout but other than that the headset is very good

I love everything about the headsets. The headsets sound quality is amazing. Easy to use and connect to your console and your phone. The battery lasts for a long time without having to charge it.

Simply pair it, and you’re done! Its super fast, super easy, and super clear sound. Comfortable and long lasting battery. It truly is great. The Bluetooth needs some work, as its not “lag free” .. but the rest is perfect!

Very comfortable headset. The ear cups are not as nice as leather, of course. Game sound is perfect. Microphone is not super crisp, but it is not terrible. There are better headphones/headsets for the price.

Alright so I have had this headset for a little over a year. I just had to replace my first one yesterday because it turned off and wouldn't reset itself. I use it for work and gaming so it was put through A LOT of hours in that year. Still tho I had a Turtle Beach Stealth 700 that made it much longer than this did. The sound quality of these are great. The mic has its own pros and cons, pro it doesnt pick up much background noise, con you almost have to be swallowing it to ensure that it picks everything up. All that said I am very satisfied with it and would definitely recommend if you like being able to hook up your phone via bluetooth and your pc or xbox at the same time.

I play games like rainbow six siege which is a very auditory game and it preforms well but sometimes the sound can be off and you cant differentiate between someone above and below you.the mic quality is very crisp as in yeti mic crisp i love to pop my p’s into it overall id say its a good mic but it could be better

Comfortable headset with quality sound. Having the ability to use Bluetooth is a nice added feature. Pairs well with my Xbox.

I bought this headset on Black Friday for pickup and I was so pleased with the sound quality and comfort. I was buying this as a first headset (using earbuds before, not fun), looking for these qualities and the deal was too good to pass up. I’m very satisfied with my purchase!

I just got these after using the Turtle Beach Stealth 700X for the last 2 years. I got those because at the time they were the only headset on the market that I knew of with native Xbox connection plus Bluetooth. The Arctis 9X does the same thing. Except they are more comfortable in every way. They stay on my head way better and the comfy foam ear muffs don’t get hot as quickly as the leather. I’m not a sound expert, but they sound great. And the Bluetooth connects to my computer super fast, no hassle. The price is a bit steep but I’ve been watching them and got them on sale for 180 instead of 200.

These sound amazing. Love the fact that you can connect your phone and have phone calls and listen to music at the same time and also adjust what you prefer to hear more of. Also like that you can turn your xbox on by turning them on. One complaint i do have is that the audio sometimes goes in and out but it usually goes a way after a while. Would recommend.

When it comes to wireless gaming headphones that work with the Xbox you used to not have too many options options, but nowadays razor, turtle Beach, Corsair, Astro, and even Audeze all offer wireless options. However these are not all equal in terms of features and price. The 9x are the only ones that offer direct wireless connection to the Xbox (no dongle needed) as well as Bluetooth from another device at the same time, as well as an unbeatable metal build (plastic crunches). At this price point they're pretty hard to beat

I love this headset! Very cozy, long battery life and great sound. Def pick this one if you’re on the fence and can afford it.

Sound is great..the mics ability to allow you to have a crisp voice when talking to friends etc is great. Only con so far is that it sometimes turns itself off right after turning it on. Not sure why it does this.

Overall a good head set lasted almost two years sometimes has problems with turning on but able to work with phones and xbox very nice
