The mic quality is great and I expected this to be a perfect headset just because steelseries has such a good reputation. Unfortunately I have to take off one star because this headset has a lot of connectivity issues with both my pc and xbox. Sometimes I have to turn it on like 2 to 3 times because it just shots off right after I turn it on. There have also been times where it would just shut off randomly. Other than that, the sound and mic quality is great but I expected a more perfect headset for a high price tag of 200.

Overall this is a great headset but it does disconnect once in awhile out of the blue. And it only lets me hear certain sounds when connected to my phone.

Great sound quality and super comfortable. At times I do have issues finding the right chat/game volume ratio, but overall quite a solid headset.

Quality, comfort, and sound quality is amazing. I had a little difficulty updating the firmware with a MacBook but ended up figuring it out.

They sound amazing but you'll get sound skips and complete loss of sound at times. Battery life is good, not what they advertise but fairly close.

I’ve had turtle beach’s and Microsoft made headsets over my years of slaying it on the Xbox family. These however are good headphones out the box but I had a lot of issues until one day they just would not turn on. Long story short. There’s a hardware reset button under the left ear muff after the reset they are the best headphones I’ve ever had. It’s too bad they did not start off that way.

Perfect replacement/upgrade to the Microsoft Xbox Wireless headset which broke after two years of extremely light use. These seem more durable (not susceptible to same defect as previous headset), are comfortable, provide good audio, and easy to setup/use.

The range you walk away from your Xbox is not as good as my previous Turtle Beaches but very comfortable on the ears

I really Iike these headphones. The sound quality is great. I miss having voice feedback. They are the most comfortable headphones I've used.

Great sound and noise canceling. The battery life is outstanding. The fit is comfortable and unnoticeable.

Hands down the BEST headset on the market for the xbox. I was so impressed with these that my son got for Christmas that I bought myself a pair just like his. The sound, comfort, and quality are all amazing and you don't have to worry about wires, which is an epic plus. They hook up just like a controller. Zero problems with setup or with them in general since purchase, with either pair.

Awesome headset for Xbox. Sound quality is great with excellent directional sound for games like Warzone. I also love that I can Bluetooth the device to my phone and other equipment. I’ve read reviews of some people having issues with the headset staying connected but that has NOT been the case in my situation. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who wants to make a serious upgrade to their gaming experience.

I get it. The price is quite the pill to swallow, but if you add up how many Turtle Beach headsets you've bought, you could own these by now. Great comfort, great configurability, great audio in and out. The buttons you use most are big and easy to get at. Volume, and Mixer dials are big to quickly grab and the detent click on the mixer is a great way to know which dial you're turning Incase your forget which side has the volume.

Headset has been working great. I've been using it mainly for work meetings and listening to media on my phone but haven't had issues with the few games I've used it with. Pretty clear audio. I wish it would come with a 3.5mm cable though to connect to the PC or phone when the charge runs out. A carrying case or bag would have been great as well to protect it, that would have made it 5 atars

These headphones are very nice and wear really well except that my ears always got hot in them. They don't turn off when the xbox is turned off which should be fixed, a feature I have on a competitor's headset. These could be amazing with a few minor tweaks. If you charge more for a headset than similar competitive sets, there needs to be extra value added. If these were $150 I would be tempted to choose these.

I wasn’t too sure about switching to wireless mainly due to charging them and connections issues. This headset is actually what I was looking for. Being able to know what levels my game and chat volume is at. Being able to pair with my phones over Bluetooth. Mic quality sounds good. There’s little issues with connecting with my Xbox but it’s having to do after the Xbox is turn on and your account sign in. After that it’s works perfectly
