Sound amazing, great fit, by far the most comfortable set I’ve ever worn. Mic tends to be a little quiet every once in awhile but a little adjustment here or there and it’s okay again. In general they’re awesome, expensive but worth it for the quarantine or if you spend a lot of time gaming

Sound quality and comfort are top tier. only downside is that the mic has to almost right in front of your mouth to here you.

This headset were great but I had to return them because it didn’t workout with the gaming setup I have. That little latency, and I say very little latency which all wireless headset do have affected my streaming feed and recordings. Otherwise still a great comfortable headset.

Constantly loses connection and I’m only 3 feet from the Xbox. When it’s working, it works great, sound is good and clear. I love the headset, it’s comfortable but the loss of connection ruins it.

My only complaint with these is that I wasn’t sure if they died or if it was a bigger issue than that, but after just having them for about a week, they had turned off and I could not get them to turn back on. Not even after I had them on the charger for about 2 hours. But while they worked they were extremely comfortable and the sound was extremely great.

This is the best gaming headset I’ve ever purchased! Prior to these I used the Plantronics Rigs and Astro A40s with mix amp and the Steelseries are leaps and bounds better than both in sound and comfort. 100% would recommend these and Steelseries has a new customer for life!

I've had just about every kind of headset for the xbox that has been out. These were tied for best with the Astro A50s that cost 100 dollars more. These hook up easier to the xbox, harder to the computer... but they have Bluetooth so you can talk on the phone with them.

Comparing these to TB stealth 700 gen 2. Might be a tad better with sound, takes a bit to get chat and game sound figured out. Not as comfortable as TB though

We absolutely love these headsets. So far the best I’ve personally used. We love being able to hear in game sounds so loud and clear especially the footsteps of enemies and the direction they are coming from! We have 3 pairs in our home and worth every penny!

Great multi task head set. Love that it allows me to listen to two things at once. I can listen to music in the background and answer a phone call at the same time. Great seamless interface via Bluetooth. The battery seems to stay charges for a long time as well.

The seemless integration with the Xbox gaming system is great. The headset is and the ear cups are very comfortable. The sound is amazing, the headset feels very high end and the company keeps the product updated with software updates. Very easy to use overall.

The 9x is a really comfortable headset but is not worth 200 dollars the audio isn’t any better then a Hyperx 50 dollar headset if you looking for the best audio quality the 9x is not. The audio is solid but is not over blowing is a decent sound, save your money if your looking for the best audio you can get about the same audio quality for a lot cheaper

Bought these for my husband because he needed new ones. Bluetooth is easy and they are clear and loud! Very good quality!

So far the best headset I've ever used! Extremely comfortable, crystal clear sound that is very detailed, loud, great mic.... for the price, you can't beat this headset!!! Added bonus is the ability to connect to your phone over Bluetooth at the same time!!!

Great sound, especially with dolby atmos. Make sure you plug this into a computer and update the firmware on the Xbox series x/s it does some very annoying things otherwise. Best headset I have tried wired or wireless 4 stars because of the firmware requirement.

For me, on normal settings for volume control, the voice vs game effects is not centered. I always have to turn toward a touch more voice. I wish throwing them on and forgetting about it was it for me. Super comfy. Clarity is unbeatable.

Very easy to use. Connects seamlessly to your Xbox like you are pairing your wireless controller. Has great sound for being wireless. Battery life is great as well. The mic quality is also really good. I would recommend this headset if you are looking for a wireless headset.

The headset is great. Yet, the steel series software to adjust headset parameters is a pain in the butt to get to sound good. I just use the default settings and adjust the sounds with in game setting instead of using steel series software. I usually use on my pc, but I paired it with my kids Xbox and now it keeps pairing with the Xbox over my pc, and at times is pairs to both and makes it so I can’t use them. I have reset the pairing and it still keeps happening! Super annoying!!!
