This is an excellent headset for both Xbox and PC. They are very easy to connect to both systems and sound great. They are comfortable to wear for extended periods of time during intense gaming or when kicking back listening to music. I highly recommend for everyone.

Has been working perfectly for about a month so far. Battery life is great and the mic is good. You need a pc to adjust some settings but other than that it’s been great. Syncs with Xbox and I haven’t had any cut out issues

Good Quality of audio and mic but, sometime it disconnects idk why.

My son wanted this headset. They are comfortable and sound really good. He likes that he can sync his phone with the headset so he can take a call while playing a game. We did have to move our router because there was some interference. They work great!

These headphones work great, my husband uses them daily and loves them. He uses them to play his Xbox when our baby is sleeping, and to talk on the phone or listen to music hands free while he works on graphic design. Our only complaint is that they are a bit bulky and therefore awkward, but the quality is amazing!

Perfect! Great clarify and sound. They have multiple volume controls for game chat and background noise. Very comfy

This is the best Xbox headset I have ever owned. It has clear sound and is wireless. I have owned Turtle Beach, Logitech, Xbox, and other brands. This is by far the most expensive, but the best one I have ever used. If you want to buy the best only cry once and pick this up.

Very good headphones, the sound quality is just great. My only issue with the headset is if you leave them unplugged and don’t use them while turned off they don’t seem to stay charged long. I’m of course meaning a few days but it does seem odd that if I’m not using them I have to keep them plugged in till I do use them.

Love this headset for xbox one. Wireless, sync to xbox dongle, well build and rechargeable. Gears, COD, movies and music sound great with headset. Got them on sale and if you can get them for 150 or less do not hesitate to buy.

I’ve used this for a year and everything is still good if not great! My ears usually hurt whenever I use any headphones but these are so comfortable and light. The sound quality is amazing, it should be worth way more than the retailed price.

They are OK. They had constant connectivity issues. At random times the sound would just cut out. The sound quality is pretty mediocre also. Turtle beaches definitely have better sound. One thing I really did like about these is the red light at the end of the microphone when you are muted. Didn't have those moments where I'm wondering why nobody is responding to me to only realize I had been muted for the last 10 minutes. The connection issues got so annoying that I returned them after a year using my total tech membership and got the Turtle Beach Gen 2 Max. Better sound and they also work with my PS4 Pro!

Awesome head phones! After picking up the Xbox series x I couldn’t connect my Astro A50 gen 3. Went to Astro Support to download the command center. CC didn’t recognize they needed a firmware update. Went to Microsoft store to download the command center. It did recognize I needed a firmware update. Clicked on update only error reports. Surrendered afte 8 hours. Picked up a different brand of headphones, worked fine but didn’t enjoy the sound quality. Returned them for A40 with the mix amp pro. Ran into the same issues for firmware update. 4 Starr’s are due to Astro. They should at least make it easy to do a manual download for firmware update rather then making you contact support. Whom can take days to respond. Found the file on YouTube, followed the manual update and they now work. I almost have my sounds back. To get full functionality will need an hdmi audio extractor to connect optical cable. Awesome headset and I like. Astro just needs to make the firmware update a bit more consumer friendly when the automatic update fails.

Being able to use this with Discord on my phone while still heading Xbox audio is huge. With that being said, it’s very easy for other devices to interfere with the headphones and cut the audio. It gets very annoying, but as a temporary solution I changed my Audio settings from Windows Sonic to uncompressed stereo. Now I haven’t had a single problem

Really good headset last for a long time and has great audio for the price. I normally have used turtle beaches but after using this product im only sticking with steelseries

These are excellent! Way better than my previous pair (Turtle Beach - Don't buy anything from them!). The battery lasts forever and the sound quality is perfect and they are super easy to use!

Purchased as a gift for Christmas and he absolutely loved it. Much pricier than the starter headsets but recipient is over 18 and responsible. He loves the bluetooth connection and overall sound quality. After one month of use the product seems to be holding up well.

Had Turtle beaches and really liked them but wanted to try a different brand and I am glad I did!! The Arctics 9x are crystal clear not to heavy that the bass overtakes everything. Lightweight and extremely comfortable. Great Purchase and Highly recommended!!!

Super comfy, easy to set up and use, the mute button is handy! Loving the dual bluetooth feature! It's nice being able to listen to my own music while playing my game at the same time. The ear cushions are interchangeable too which is awesome!

Game audio is amazong but for some reason when i launch discord on my xbox i cant hear my friends talk and i have been looked ng online and havent found a solution
