Using these in my studio while working long hours and listening to lectures and stories online, I have found the Arctis 9X hands down the lightest and most comfortable headset I have worn. Excellent sound as well.

I love these headphones. Way better build quality than turtle beach. Not as punchy in base bit the sound is much cleaner. Atmos works great. I would highly recommend these headphones. The comfort is amazing. A must buy for any gamer.

I've been playing video games for along time and have used headsets from Turtle Beach to Astro. The Steelseries Quality of construction, comfort, and sound quality are top notch. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

This headset is awesome, very comfortable and the sound is fantastic. Highly recommend. I use to have a turtle beach headset but the ear pads would fall apart. This is still going strong. It is pretty expressive but it is worth it overall.

Great headset. Only issue is I receive some interference at times. Or it disconnects while I’m playing. Returned first one because I thought it was defective. Guess I may have something around my area causing the interference. Not sure. But when there are no issues it’s really a great buy.

Great sound quality, excellent features for switching between part and game audio, only complaint is that when I turn off the headset(it’s wireless) is that it sometimes disconnects my controller from the Xbox, and the only way I can get it to reconnect is doing a hard reset on the Xbox itself

Can't believe this got such high ratings...as far as sound goes the headset sounds good. But wish the adjusters were buttons instead of rollers. The headset itself is really comfortable. The ability to turn on your xbox with the headset becomes more of a hassle than a benefit if you use the headset's bluetooth feature with another device (always powers on the xbox when i just want to connect the headset to my phone). Also the bluetooth cuts out randomly when i move to another room quick. Can't believe this was the highest rated wireless xbox headset...would much prefer my ps4 platinums where I lose a usb port for the bluetooth insert.

By far, this headset has the best sound I've ever used. The problem I've been running into is that the headset will randomly lose the sound to my Xbox. I have to turn it off and turn it back on in order to get sound back and I'm well within the range of connection (probably no more than 7 to 8 feet away from my Xbox).

I cannot believe there aren't other reviews with this issue. I just could not get these to work with my computer and boy am I bummed about it. they are very nice and high quality build and the quality of sound is great when they connect to the pc. Super comfy, the ski band is genius! However I cannot get them to stay connected to my pc. I can get it to connect but staying connected via Bluetooth is a no go. I even tried use the reset button which didn't seem to be there so. I am sad to say that since it is clearly it won't work, and Steel Series does not have a customer service number with minimal support online these will be going back tomorrow to best buy

Well my fiance got me these recently and I absolutely love them. They're one of the best headsets I have owned. The sound quality is absolutely amazing and for someone that wares glasses they're very comfortable.

Bought these for Series X and absolutely love them. I have a larger head and these are the most comfortable of all ive tried ncluding Turtle Beachs andRazers and Xboxs headset. Great buy.

Great pair of gaming headphones. Very comfortable fit. Great sound and great mic. The only thing I don’t like is I can hear a little bit of sound through the headphones. But besides that they are amazing.

So this is my second pair. The first pair arrived and they worked well for 3-4 days then out of nowhere the Bluetooth wouldn’t work and the Headset could not be manually reset with the secret reset button. I returned them and Best Buy sent me a new pair within 2 day. The second pair has been 100% as advertised. Had them for about 2 months now and absolutely love them. I use them on my Xbox, my PC for work meetings, and on my phone when I walk my dog. The Bluetooth works while it’s connected to the Xbox. So I can hear my Game sound while also being able to talk on the phone. They clamp pretty snug on the ears and for me personally I can game for hours with out it causing discomfort. I assume I just got unlucky with the first pair, but the second pair has made up for the inconvenience.

This headset in awesome. The fit is great and the sound even better. Has many settings to adjust sound and the such. These aren't the cheapest but not the most expensive either. I would recommend!!!

Must have for any XBOX player. Connects seamlessly just like a controller wirelessly to your Xbox. Sound is top notch and dual audio allows you to have three different connection methods simultaneously.

Best and the most comfortable headset I've ever had. Even after several hours of gaming, you hardly notice you have a headset on your head. Sound and chat quality is excellent as well.

This thing fits amazing even on my massive size 8 head and sound's/works great. Only wish they'd make the PC versions this nice. They used a different headband style than this for PC and it's not as nice. But this thing is great.

I was looking for the Microsoft one but it was Sold out this one sounds ok but it’s overpriced if you buy this get the warranty because steel series has an poor warranty they don’t even have an phone number just email , other then that good headset
