Love them, comfortable, clean, crisp, and all around great look. Was having issues with people hearing me with my old headset and now they say I sound amazing!

Long battery life. Good sound quality. The ability to connect to 2 devices at one time is very nice. The only small drawback is the weird elastic strap on the headband.

These are great headphones. I use them for work as well. Sometimes if I move it they’re obstructed they cut out. That is to be expected though.

This is the best gaming headset I’ve ever used for Xbox gaming. The sound is very clear and the comfort is one of the best. I highly recommend.

Very comfortable, fits well over ears , very noise cancelling and very nice feature for the mic to be push in and out , no longer have to worry about bending it

This mic is absolutely amazing when it stays connected. I have a house with me, my wife, 3 kids and a mother in law. I guess the frequencies get caught up somehow and the mic will constantly cause static and none of my buddies can hear me for at least 10 seconds. I have a couple of other friends that have this mic and say the same thing. I actually asked Best Buy customer service about it when I bought it and they said they hadn’t heard anything. Short review: GREAT mic when working, but cuts out constantly, almost unbearably sometimes and often.

Sound in great! Fits strangely with just a band to adjust. Not the most comfortable. However easy to set up. Works as described. Wireless and lightweight.

Great sound and quite convenient to be able to simultaneously to connect to my phone for music and taking calls while playing. I have experienced some sound popping and disconnect, but hoping it will pass. Will update review if this continues.

Nice headset, good battery live and well sound quality.

Pretty good out of the box! Simple to set up and comfortable for extended play sessions. However I do have occasional issues with the audio cutting in and out which can be frustrating.

My fiancée loved the headset but unfortunately after everyday use (he’s a BIG gamer) they kept breaking in the SAME location. Thankfully I purchased warranty so I was able to replace the headset each time it broke but after a few times he decided to return and purchase a new headset all together. Very good for small kids or men who don’t play as much. But if you game as much as my fiancé and stream like he does, I would recommend to spend the extra dollar on a better headset. And of course ALWAYS purchase the warranty!! It’s 100% needed

The only issue I've encountered is its range. If I leave the room, it disconnects. Didn’t have this issue while using it on Xbox One S. But when I changed to Xbox series S, it lost its range it claims to have. This is the second time I've ordered this headset. One for me, one for a sibling.

Great Sound and battery last a decently long time.

One of the best headphones I have used and pretty comfortable, definitely a little expensive. And they are wireless which is nice. Very clear sound and voice.

Bought my son these for Christmas. He has had other headsets before but none that sound and work like the 9X. The Bluetooth was easy to connect they are so easy to use.

The headset is amazing, especially if you use laptops often. Having both xbox wireless connection and bluetooth is really helpful. It really helps to have a headset that you connect via bluetooth whilst playing on an xbox. If you are a big user of discord, this headset is perfect for you. The only downside is the steel series engine. You can't customize the settings as much as you can as the steel series arctis 7, but you're still able to change some of your settings. The buttons on the headset are also weird to use, but once you understand them, it becomes fairly easy. Overall, a great headset.

I bought them for my son for this birthday. He love them .they have great sound easy to connect to the new xbox x series. They Bluetooth.

If you need deafening sound in a positive way this is the way to go. The convenience of the Bluetooth connecting to my phone is the cherry on top of an amazing product.
