These headphones have great quality of sound. But often disconnect. Or have very choppy sound like it’s disconnecting on and off

Decent head set and easy to use. Mic is great on them too. Only complaint I have on these is the range is minimal compared to the turtle beaches they replaced. Overall a decent buy for the price.

Headset is extremely comfortable and the sound is perfect. I love the Bluetooth connectivity and it works perfectly. Highly recommend!

Wireless connect to your Xbox, no dongle required. It also connects to my phone over Bluetooth to listen to music/podcasts. Comfortable and sounds great.

Love the sound quality and sound settings when using on Xbox Series X. However, headset disconnects at least once every 2 hours.

They’re good headphones, but will have some lag and disconnect issues at times.

Great sound and comfort. Unfortunately 3 weeks past the one year warranty the unit stopped taking a charge.

It is very easy to set up, and the sound quality is very good. The only problem that is that the mic is vey sensitive and will not block out any background noise

Somewhat pricey, but much much better than the alternatives. After replacing several cheaper headsets we decided to try these. So far so good!

Its easy to pair but for some odd reason about an hour or two into use it starts having wireless issue and might drop signal for a second or two other then that its amazing

Great headset and easy set up. I've tried multiple headsets and this one has the best balance between comfort and ease of use and sound.

I love these earphones they where my favorite but then it freezez random times and to restart it you need a paper clip to factory reset it. The reason its 2/5 stars why would they put 2 holes that are simular to each other in both sides where you reset it ,i accidentally broke mines because of that! Also the button for the power button is annoying to press either than that the headphones is good!

Poor connection with xbox one. Sometimes they work great and really do have great sound quality. You need a computer to really set the sound quality and mixing to your liking. There is no Xbox app at this time. But the poor connection. Sometimes I turn it on, it immediatly boots up, I can hear and talk for 20 to 30 seconds and then it just turns off. That usually only happens once. But midgame randomly I alone will get extreme choppy sound, my teamates say I sound like a robot when it happens. Its stops and then I get an xbox notification that says "Headset Assigned". Sonetimes thats it. Sonetines its non stop. Would not recommend for more than $50. TL;DR: When they work, they work great. To really get them to work great you will most likely need a computer. The downsides of this headset make it (IMO) not worth the price.

Really good headset super loud, and a clear mic. The plastic piece that connects the ear to the arch piece broke after 4 months. But Best Buy replaced then back at it.

Wow! What a tremendous sound. Spectacular. Simply comfortable that allow you hours listening to music without disturbing anything. I totally recommend it.

So far have it for a month and its been great, theres no problems with them yet, very comftable and easy to use. Just make sure your xbox ia plugged in the wall socket and you have no adapters connected to your controler and it will work thats how i fix my connection and static problem

High quality from comfort to sound control! Easy to use in game chats as well to just streaming YouTube. Sound quality on a whole nother level

Great sound and volume. Connection distance could be a little better but not a big deal at all. 100% worth the money.

Headphones have very good battery life and are very comfortable. Voice chat/game audio mixer is very helpful in finding a good balance.
