Not perfect, the Bluetooth doesn’t connect at times. Other than that, I like the sound quality and chat quality. Wish there was more customizable options in regards to sound though.

Most comfortable headset ever. Sound quality is great and does not take up a usb port like so many other wireless headsets do.

It’s a good headset with a lot of nice features, I love it that it connects to the phone so you can actually have a conversation while you’re playing the game if you choose to. It also cancels out surrounding sound very well, for example I actually have to take them off to talk to my wife where as I did not have to do that with other sets. The downside is, if I turn the Xbox off without turning the headsets off first, the headsets will turn Xbox right back on, I don’t like this. I also found that the battery life is not what they advertise, I maybe get 10 to 15 hours compared to the 20 that they advertise.

Sounds great, seamlessly connecting with phone and more. Feels good on my head and ears.

Great headset. Very comfortable. Still has some software issues on the Series X though. Sounds cuts out, headset turns off. But all in all, I'd recommend this.

I have owned this model before Best Buy carried it, since it was a Game Stop Exclusive at first. Hands down best headset over, Aster A50, Turtlebeach Stealth 700s. Just purchased 2nd headset for Bedroom Xbox. Works at decent distance. Rarely disconnects with wireless interferences. I’ve had wireless headsets in the past and none have had as good as a reliable connection without losing sound. Drivers sound excellent and work with my Dolby Atmos headphone mode on XBox. There are things I now hear that weren’t apparent before. I can tell it’s built with quality in mind. Very sturdy steel. Only complaint is the default sidetone setting to hear yourself it set low, but can be instantly adjusted on a computer, where you can also get updates and customize. Software is pretty easy to use. I set my sidetone level to the highest option and it don’t have to yell to hear myself. Well worth the money considering the competition. Lastly I would say it’s very comfortable with lots of sizing options in the form of extending earcup placement and adjustable Velcro band that balances on top of head.

I love these headphones. Amazing quality and feels like a premium pair of headphones. Great for gaming and even online learning!

Honestly the best gaming headset I’ve ever used, great sound and comfort

the headset is alright, when I got them I started playing games and well i give it a good week until my ear and my head started to hurt. Then within a month I started having problems with the headset. It would disconnect from the xbox from time to time and I would lose connection. Thats because I'm not even sitting far from the xbox. I'm literally about 2 feet from it. If you play off a monitor and are next to your xbox buy a WIRED HEADSET!!! Wireless may seem convenient but its not when you're losing connection all the time.

Super comfortable. I have a big head, and it fits great. The Bluetooth is a tad buggy at times. But a quick reset under the earmuff and its been perfect since.

After trying turtle beach stealth 700 gen 2 and razer kaira pro I returned both for the steelseries. This headset is very clear and can get extremely loud. I am almost completely deaf in my right ear and partially in my left this is the first wireless headset I found that the audio is clear on both when gaming and when using the Bluetooth feature. 1000% recommend for anyone hard of hearing.

My brother owns the A50s gen 4, I own these. We both have the XSX, sucks that he had to get an adapter for it. Sound quality is good, the build of it is nice and not like the ones on display. Would recommend it if you don’t want to spend $300+. Only issue is that once I turn off my Xbox and turn off my headset. My Xbox turns on and I lose connection for my controller.(unplug console is a fix for it) but it gets annoying. Didn’t happen before I got this headset. There’s probably a bug.

I bought these for my son. His brother has the same pair. They both love them. Although they are pricey, they recommend them.

Had an issue with them took them back to store they were not charging I wanted a geek specialist to examine them instead they gave me a new pair and my insurance no longer covers them .mind you I only had them for a month .lthat made me very sad

Was looking for a good headset to replace my wire Xbox headset. Love the wireless feature and how it syncs to my controller in moments, The retractable mic with the red LED light to show you what your mute status is also a nice feature. Wish the batterie life was a little longer, but it’s manageable. I Can get about two days worth of play time before they need a charge. Like the cushion on the ear piece, pretty comfortable. Over all, great headset for the average gamer looking for a decent headset.

Work good but sometimes loose connections, still good
