Very nice headset, very lite on your head compared to alot of headsets, sound quality is very good, and mic is very good

I ended up getting these and I love them, very comfortable and adjustable. My only complaint is my ears touch the inside of the headphones the whole time, I reached out to steelseries and they told me to purchase the leather ear pieces (another $25). My best friend also has these and she has no issues whatsoever. If you’re going to be wearing headphones for a long durations - these are the ones to go with, hands down. Spend the extra money (if you can), you won’t regret it.

Amazing headset. They battery life is very long as well as the comfortability is really nice!

I really liked how light weight they fell. They also work well with glasses. Having the mic retract is a nice feature.

This headset is known to have issues with the Xbox Series X. You will see online how there is a 'critical software update' that is supposed to fix these issues, but it does not fix all the issues. Many users (including me) have had non-stop crackling issues with the audio while in game. You need to be about 5 ft at max from the console to guarantee the audio does not cut out. Also, 75% of the time you turn on the headset it will turn right back off the first time. I have waited months to leave a review in hope that SteelSeries would provide another update on the issues with this headset and Series X, but they have been quiet so I have given up. This will be the last SteelSeries product I purchase. Buyer beware... Last tip - I have had wireless headsets for Xbox for the last five years. Previously, I was using wireless headsets that had an USB receiver you plugged into the console for the headset to work with the console. The headsets that include this receiver instead of using the Xbox Wireless Protocol appear to work better.

the audio is great and comforting but these are my second pair due to connections issue that it still has if you do get these GET THE WARRANTY you can exchange them later completely free

Jesus. How can anyone stand these? Constant clicking and crackling. Constant. I sit right by my Xbox, console and controller and headphones all within a few feet. I turned off all other wireless and bluetooth devices (my entire network is hard wired). Constant clicking or popping. Constant. Non-stop. Why on earth anyone would accept this for the price one has to pay! Not me! If this is the best wireless can do - no thanks. Shipping it back right now. There really is no need to give a rundown on any other aspect. I literally used these for less than 2 hours. I honestly couldn't stand it. Maybe they were defective. Maybe not. When I lay out this level of money - I do not expect such a poor level of performance. Seriously? I can't go 20 seconds without a crackle and a pop? Oh yeah and they shut off a couple times as well. Just BOOM! DOWN! Right in the middle of use. Poor quality. Poor experience. And the old fashioned USB port was also a shocker lol. My bad. I thought these were a fairly new model. My bad indeed.

Ive bought a lot of headsets for xbox, pc, ps, nintendo switch. And this by far for the price has to he the best one ive bought. Ive always had people tell me they hear everything in my background amd woth this piece no one hears anything unless your screaming in the background.

So I have been through 3 of these in a months time. The first one had connectivity issues, the second one my microphone wouldn't work at all and the third one made some weird buzzing noise and won't work anymore. When I turn it on now it will buzz like crazy and no lights even turn on. It won't even charge. I loved the Bluetooth and the microphone when it worked but the chat/game volume mix is a little tricky to get good and people will have a tough time with that. I wish it didn't have these problems because I would love to keep using it but I don't trust getting another one. I'm going to try the Lucidsound LS35X and see how that goes.

Works well connected to Xbox, and Bluetooth to phone. Have had no issues charging. Fits well on my head

They sound amazing and they have Bluetooth so you can answer phone calls with out putting your controller down

SteelSeries - Arctis 9x Headset for Xbox - after using multiple headsets over the years, these are by far the best. Easy to connect - work well with online gaming on Xbox. A must have item for online gaming on Xbox.

Never thought I would spend this much on headphones. Totally worth it. Great sound. Super comfortable

Great for gaming and great sounds. No wireless charging but great battery life. Just what I needed for gaming.
