Love this headset the most comfortable in the market my only issue is I wish it was a little louder but other then that not bad.

Headset sound quality is good, volume mix for in game/chat is terrible. Battery life is decent.

I’m giving these 4 stars because they sometimes disconnect randomly which is irritating. Other then that it is a really good headset.

I've owned this headset for almost two years now. It has been great! I have used it with my xbox, PC (using the windows 10 adapter thing), and phone. The build quality is on the cheaper side. I recently started to have some issues with the audio stuttering/clipping out/static sounds. But other than that, this headset is great!

I bought these headphones based off of all of the gaming magazine and review websites. All I read was how wonderful they are and how great they sound. Unfortunately, those reviews didn't use these headphones for more than a few days apparently, because that's when they issues start to creep up. Sound quality- when they actually produce sound- is great. I play a lot of FPS and battle royal games, and I can hear every footstep. However, the sound quality doesn't make up for the fact that I have to reset them, turn them off and on, and stop using them constantly. My mic will stop working mid game to where I can't communicate at all with my teammates. The connection drops all the time, even though I'm less than 6 feet away from my Xbox and no where near my router. The buttons randomly stop working to where I can't adjust anything. For $200, you would think these would be a better quality product. Save yourself the headache and frustration and buy a different product!

Worked well for 1 year and then has had connection problems, turns off randomly, and audio cuts out. The first year it did work well which is why I still gave it 3 stars.

First of all, these have constant and frustrating interference issues and I WOULD NOT BUY THESE AGAIN. I expect “kinks” like this to be worked out on a $200 set of headphones that has “proprietary Xbox technology” but nope, they drop signal or crackle at least every 10-15mins or more frequently. The headphones are nice (when they work) which is why I gave 2 stars. One star for the comfort and one star for the mic, which when my friends can hear me, they say sounds great. I missed the return window by a day, otherwise I’d have sent these back and bought different ones. The draw to these was the completely wireless operation which would be nice if it didn’t drop signal constantly. Also the support is garbage. They essentially tell you to turn off all of your wifi devices and disable all but one of the bands on your router. This is not a feasible solution. Not to mention ANY kind of wireless device causes interference as well, not just wifi. Baby monitor? Interference. Bluetooth subwoofer? Interference. Strong poot? Probably interference with that too. Very disappointed.

Love and hate this gaming headset---when it doesn't pair with a passing by bluetooth enabled device, it works w/o issue for XBox but signal does drop off continuously. This headset has great sound, microphone, and music sounds great, I would simply suggest biting the bullet if you are looking for the best headset and pony up for the Astro's-- Would like to return if not too late and get Astro's myself.

They are great, no problems and I have not charged it since Christmas and I play often. Sound is great. Microphone is amazing. Noise cancelling is awesome! Definitely recommend!

Beautiful headset! This is the 3rd one I've gotten of this exact pair, they normally last me about 2 years or more with me beating up on them which is amazing! This time I decided to get the replacement insurance for only a little more, because it saves me from having to pay full price for them again. Best headset on the market to me! Couldn't ask for any better!
