I had purchased a pretty well known other brand that had high rating and those were absolutely terrible. Next day I went to BestBuy and bought these and was really glad I did. I'm not a hardcore gamer but I play enough with friends online that this did not disappoint and can hear plenty clearly.

Would recommend only if found on a great sale

Issues coming quick

From a quickly dwindling battery life, to constant disconnecting, to audio consistently cutting out, these things went from the best purchase I made to a nightmare in about a year.

The biggest downfall for me was comfort and audio quality. Even removing the strap didn't help the top of my head aching after an hour or two of use. The app for the PC doesn't allow you to adjust enough of the EQ to make this thing sound decent for the price point, not to mention it's never got an update in the 2+ years it's been out. Get the Hyper X Cloud Flight instead!

Loud but not too loud and I can even have music from my phone playing and the Xbox and here then both on the headset

Whoever you get these for will be extremely happy with the product. I dont know how i didnt get these for myself sooner.

Grandson loves headset

I bought wireless to prevent broken wires that he has experienced with other wired headsets. He loves this headset. It was easy for him to set up and likes how quickly it re-charges. Also got a great deal.

Terrible connectivity issues

You would have to turn the mic on, then off, then on again for it to properly connect and hear other gamers/party chat. This was very annoying and frustrating having to constantly fiddle with the device until the mic worked.
