They are okay. Sometimes have a hard time to connect to my Xbox. They tend to break easy due to poor build design. My stopped turning on after a few month, got a replacement within a few weeks. Steelseries customer service could be better.

I love this brand and this headset but unforutnately i'm a big wireless guy and this headset just had trouble using wirelessly it kepts skipping and i now have the ps version and they never skip. That 2.4 ghz dongle connections makes the biggest difference in the world.

Second purchase as my son loves this headset. However, the mic is known to break on some sets and the manufacturer doesn't cover as the bulk of time it happens just out of warranty period. Outside of this it pairs wonderfully with the series x

Great and amazing product. My husband was using Astros prior to this and they only lasted 7 months before they broke. Thus, we were on the hunt for another headset. Thank goodness we found this one. He said its even better than the Astros. Great product for Xbox and playing Call of Duty Warzone.

Was on the search for a replacement headset for a while until I landed on these. I tried the new Turtle Beaches and the new Microsoft ones but none were a total package as these. Very comfortable and excellent sound performance. Just right for me and worth the high price tag. Enjoy.

I really wanted to like these but they didn't live up to my expectations. In comparison I use daily my Astro A40 tournament editions with a mixamp and dolby atmos. The steelseries just didn't give me the in depth sound and range was looking for. They were comfy and held a long charge though.

My son really likes the quality and the sound on these headphones. Easy to connect.

This is my second set of gaming headphones. My first were Turtle Beach and these have just flat out beat them. I gave those to my grandson and these have been great. Nice blend of game volume and mic volume. I'm still playing with the cell phone volume while I'm gamin but so far not bad at all.

Sound quality and comfort are amazing however i routinely dropped connection again and again. Checked for software updates and it was up to date. Tried a second pair of them and still had the same issues.

They sound okay but it lacks bass. Audio cuts in and out randomly and they aren’t loud. The hinges on mine started to crack after a couple months which is a common problem if you look it up. Spend the extra money on astros. Idk why YouTubers overhype the 9x.

TO BE HONEST! I LOVED THE SOUND ON THESE HEADPHONES! I just couldn’t get the little cuts in the audio to stop :( if it weren’t for that I honestly probably would’ve kept them. I tried troubleshooting and all the other steps and it seemed like it would stop, then it’d start up again within the hour.

Overall these are great headsets, battery last long and I can have my phone and console connected at the same time. Controls are easy to adjust on the back of the headset and I like that you can regulate the chat and the game audio if you want one more of then the other.

Have gone through two pairs. Sound quality is great, functionality is great for pairing with Xbox and Bluetooth simultaneously. Stopped working properly after a couple months, both pairs I have owned, but I know others who have had longer term success, so seems to depend on what pair you happen to get

SteelSeries makes some of the best gaming headsets out there. Super comfortable for hours of play. This is the best value for your money.

I bought it for my Xbox series x. I have Astro a40 with mixamp pro.. compared to this, I didn’t like sound quality of steelseries arctis 9x. Mainly play warzone/call of duty. Couldn’t hear foot steps. I’m giving 3 stars because you can connect to your Xbox and your phone Bluetooth at the same time.
