Nice headset, could be more padded and comfortable on the ears. The width is a little tight as well, so can cause uncomfort after long sessions. Annoying that it will turn on the Xbox continuously if you turn off the Xbox prior to turning off the headset. This disconnects all controllers and requires a hard reset.

I love this headset! No dongle, no usb plug, no pairing each time you want to use it. You just pair it with your XBOX and profile and when you want to use it, turn it on. You can even pair it with your smart phone and take a call with it! Rad.

I’ve had two of these headsets. Been great. Bluetooth is great. The only issue-over time, both headsets broke at same spot just above the ear.

Do not get it if youve got a bigger head, the band on it is not very good and no matter how tight you make it its gonna move. The quality of sound is decent but it makes your voice sound horrible to whoever you are in a party with.

Im on my 3rd pair. These arent worth the price. They WILL break down. The volume will steadily get lower, theyll disconnect while playing, they will show they are on, but wont be working, etc.

This SteelSeries Arctis 9X Gaming Headset is amazing!! Wayyyy better than my Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Gen 2's. The Turtle Beach stealth 700's I didn't like because the mic was super sensitive and my friends would hear Static and it got raspy.

My son uses for gaming. He likes it but it always stops working and he has to reset it. Sometimes he resets it and it still doesn't work. Then he just keeps messing around with it and it will work. Im not sure if something is wrong with it or what. When it does work he loves it.

I took a chance on these and was pleasantly surprised with the quality. My only gripe about them is the the volume isn’t as loud as my Astro A40’s, which isn’t a dealbreaker because the volume is perfect for how I use the headset. Overall it’s a great buy for a wireless headset.

I bought these to get great sound of moaning and squirts from all the adult films i watch. I gotta say they work great. Its like its happening to me in real life! Sadly it isnt and this is as close as ill ever get... so buy them yeeehawww

Quality headset great sound and solid mic. Distanc from console is adquate. An all round good headset!

Good sound and mic quality. I’ve had problems with it disconnecting and being a pain to reconnect multiple times in the month I’ve had it. I even had to rip off the ear cup and reset it already. Would of went with the HyperX flights for sure. Not worth $200.

These are the best headphones I’ve ever used for gaming. The sound is incredible and sounds like I am in a movie theater. Only thing is that sometimes the mic doesn’t connect even when sound is working so I will have to turn them off and then on again.

These are the best xbox one wireless headphones, great Dolby sound and bluetooth connectivity. I tried almost all brands, I was loyal to Astro but they're new A50 were disappointing and A40 had too many wires. Wish they had arctis pro for xbox one but this is good enough!

Let me start by saying this headset is very comfortable. Big problems connecting through my xbox one. I'll be in the middle of an apex game or any other game and sound randomly completely shuts off! I've turned off all other bluetooth around my headset and still have this problem. I've reached out to steelseries and they suggest you reset the headset through a small hole on the ear cup which I have done and has not worked. Well a hardware reset would do nothing since they havent had a firmware update. I had a pair of turtle beaches that were less comfortable but worked way better for cheaper. I would steer clear of the 9x.

I just think the overall price is too high for what they are if you have the extra cash to get the Astro a50s do so this head set is just so plain the sound quality could have been better I like them as a whole just wasn’t what I expected don’t believe the hype...

Great headset especially for FPS games! The Bluetooth feature so I can connect to my phone too is awesome.

Nice xbox one x compatible wireless headphones. Buy it and put away the cheap mono phones they give you. You can hear better with these and things or people coming from behind you

Very versatile, but if you are strictly playing games I got to stick with astros. Audio was low, could not find a balance between game/chat. Then the disconnects was very annoying. Maybe in the future they will put an update out but for now I'll stick with my a40's.
