Really good headphones. Easy connection. Had them about a year now and start having problems. They cut out sound and have to turn off and reconnect.

Everything was great about the Arctis 9x headset. Only problem was I couldn't get sound to work with PC blue tooth setup so I returned and got Logitech - G PRO X Wireless headset. Would have gave excellent rating but could not give with problem with PC.

Overall a fantastic headset. I say to use with no cradle. It has lost connection with my series x a few times but I’ve read that they have fixed that with a firmware update that I’m just too lazy to download.

They are amazing and so far have out lasted most of my other headsets. The battery life will last a good gaming session. I definitely recommend

Really like that I can listen to my phone's music through bluetooth while connected to Xbox audio.

Okay so check this I absolutely love this dang headset but be carful because I went thru 2 of them and both had problems after about a day or two days of use, my first one just turned off in the middle of a game at 1:30am so that made me mad cause it wouldn’t turn back on so I had to go to sleep wake up and go return it for another one that did the same thing 5 days later, so i fully returned it and got my money back!! 10/10 wouldn’t recommend unless u get there protection plan so in that case your allowed to return the item if it stops working after the 15 day mark!! Who knows you might get lucky unlike me and get a fully working and functional headset, this is not a paid review so take this like a grain of salt when u go to spend 250$+ on a headset...!!!

I recently bought the Arctis 9x and I’ve been having connection problems since the day I bought them. I’ll admit when they do work they’re awesome but there are unfortunately just too many problems with this product. The other day they wouldn’t even turn on, I couldn’t charge them or anything, it was like they just froze, there was no sound or lights. I could’ve just gotten a bad pair but it seems I’m definitely not the only person to have connection problems. It has just been a very underwhelming product for me and I hope they improve it.

Good quality for Xbox it’s wireless no usb connection or I can’t find it I don’t know xD

By far the best wireless headphones for Xbox. They support the native Xbox wireless protocol so there is no adapter, dongle, etc. audio gets choppy when batteries are low. Can play while plugged into usb charger.

Had a turtle beach stealth 600 before this and had it break so replaced with the 9x and the quality seems much better and I feel like the sound quality for in game footsteps and overall sound quality is better for gaming.

Excellent console headphones 2nd time buying this headset

I basically have a $200 paper weight. When the headset wants to work it sounds great. But getting it to stay connected is the battle here. Headset does not stay connected.
