Great headset. Took a little getting use to. From turtle beach to these and I like these a lot more. I just wish it had a charging stand not a cord. It would also be nice if it was USB C charging.

This headset is all you ever dreamed of. The option to pair your phone while still playing is absoulutely fantastic. This headset is a no brainer if you want optimal sound and convenience. Also battery life is tremendous.

Best headset I have ever used. Works great to hear what direction footsteps are coming from in Warzone. The mic does have some issues sometimes. It does not always pick up every word on occasion.

While the price is fair and the sound quality is amazing, I could not for the life of me pinpoint any sounds (footsteps included) while using this headset. In fact, for those who are familiar with Warzone’s “crate sound”, it consistent had the sound flipped. When something was on my left, it sounded like it was on my right and vice versa. I contacted Steelseries and they walked me through resetting the hardware and software by removing the ear pads but it didn’t solve the issue. I shouldn’t have to problem-shoot right out of the box. I definitely wouldn’t recommend.

This is my first time using the SteelSeries Arctis 9X gaming headset. It is a solid product, and it has exceeded my expectations. I definitely recommend this headset for gamers of any age.

Overall experience with this headset was bad. Audio when adjusting headset would have bad static and one of the cups would completely cut out. It would happen all the time. Even when not adjusting the audio the static would happen. The headset is comfortable and the mic is good but those alone for the price do not make up for the horrible audio quality. For the price there are so many better options.

Great product so far I’ve had it for about a month and I’ve used it quite a bit seems to be better than all the other headsets I’ve tried and I’ve tried quite a few definitely recommend it.

Works great, but occasionally get some feedback interferance but that is most likely due to other devices close by. Friends say that my voice chat is better and clearer than my last headset except for that brief occasional interference.

These are the perfect gaming headset. Well built if you treat them properly and sound is amazing. Especially with the equalizer adjustment on pc and Dolby atmos

The sound is great but the plastic on the ear pieces break easily. This is my second pair and they both broke in the same spot. I never abused either of them. I will not be purchasing again.

This is an excellent set of cans. They're a little loose on my head but they're extremely easy to use. Sound really nice and the mic is awesome.
