Great gift item for the price! Loved not using batteries anymore

The headset is very comfortable and the sound quality is really good. Zero complaints on that. BUT this headset disconnects all the time, which makes the it worthless whenever you play games like apex and cod. Honestly, I've tried fixing it. I know the headset uses 2.4 frequency. So, I disabled that frequency on my router and moved everything over to 5, in order to reduce traffic operating in 2.4 space, but that didn't work. I removed it from my phone to see if it was having an issue while being connected to two devices, but that didn't change anything either. After a while my headset just stopped working. So, I'm back to using my old but reliable TB XO Fours lol. I know the other models don't have this issue, so I would recommend one of those.

One of the best gaming headphones you can get. Yes it is a bit pricy, but it is worth it and it's a must have if you are really invested into gaming.

Nice long cord for charging, does not come with a power block though. Comfortable, great sound. The mic is kind of weird, seems like you have to keep it very close to your mouth for other people to hear you.

This headset is really nice. It is better for more than casual players but less than pro. I have charged mine 3 times since purchase and get about 24 hours of play per charge. Play about 6 - 8 hours a week.

So for those who are looking for something truly wireless. These are so great. They put like your controller to your Xbox. Sound is 1,000 times better than AX50s with a slight price cut!

Lots of connectivity issues when you have other consoles nearby but when it’s working it’s an amazing headset with Dolby atmos 7.1 surround

Use these all the time with my X1X. Sound quality is great, easiest headphones to setup and use by a mile. Seamless. Really worth the money if you’re a big gamer and like to feel that immersion.

the first pair i had the charging port was broken and would not charge. i returned them and got another pair. they worked good for a little while until they started disconnecting at random while gaming. they sat on the shelf for a while due to the disconnecting issue and being past the return date. went to use them with my pc but now the left ear does not work. not sure if i got unlucky twice but im not sure i can recommend these headphones to anyone.

Wasnt expecting much but for what you pay, it defintely makes it worth it. Wont ever go back to something like my old Razer headphones.

Loves these head set. Going from turtle beach to these wow didn’t like the price but worth it since you can use it on everything beside the switch.

Recommended by every gamer I talked to. The choice is buy lots of cheaper sets repeatedly or invest in this quality pair that lasts- hopefully it lasts longer than his other pairs-

I had the astro a50 headset and this steelseries arctis 9x headset is so much better! I can hear footsteps very easily, the sound and everything sounds amazing on this headset! Really worth it!

Honestly cant speak high enough about this headset. I have had an amazing time using this with my Series X and PC.

... the best headset for the Xbox one Anne I’ve owned quite a few pairs. This is the most comfortable headset I’ve used. It performs better than the more expensive headsets out there and it more affordable.

This is a great sounding headset and the mic quality is not bad for a wireless gaming headset. The adjustable strap does not really work for my and the metal band was pushing against the top of my head.

The Arctis 9X is super comfortable, and perfect for playing on xbox and using discord chat on my pc at the same time.

I wanted this to be an amazing headset and it does sound great on Xbox but the fact that Bluetooth doesn't work with Mac OS is a deal breaker.

Great headset I love the Bluetooth and Xbox wireless simultaneous function. Sometimes gets a little lag or stutter from Bluetooth but turning off and on normally fixes it
