I Received item very quickly they sound amazing easy to use

Well my only grip about this is that the connection is bad with the first gen Xbox one. That might be were all the problems come from. YES, I checked and made sure all updates were completed. I honestly ignored all the bad reviews about the connection problems with this headset. Other than that the 9X's are really well constructed! I mean they really did not cut any corners on that. I just cannot play with a headset that disconnects while playing online. Saw that Turtle Beach is coming out with a new set of gen 2's. Going to give that a try.

These are from turtle beach, they are really great for hearing everything going on in the game down to the finest detail. This is my second pair of turtle beach headphones. Can’t beat them....

Awesome! Such great sound. Only thing I do not like is when I set them down the volume scroll wheel sometimes moves, so I have to adjust it again.

This headset constantly disconnects from the Xbox console. The sound quality is good but it’s terrible to have to recycle the power on the headset to reconnect. There are lots of reports and forums online about this issue, wish I would have read them before dropping $200 and throwing away the packaging.

This is a great set of headphones for gaming. Bluetooth works flawlessly with my XBOX one and iPhone. All the big bangs you expect and easily take calls without disrupting my fun.

Great headset! Works amazing with Xbox series x. Be sure to download firmware before using. Love that you can hear game sound and connect Bluetooth at the same time.

I’ve always wanted to have these headphones in such a long time and now that I got them their performance are outstanding. I use them every time I do tournaments and I really get the most out of his headphones. Their surroundsound is unbelievable when I’m using his headphones especially when I’m playing rainbow six siege I could hear everyone and it’s not like I can hear them all over the place it’s more like I could pinpoint their location with these headphones that’s how amazing they are for anyone who’s looking to buy really amazing headphones I would recommend these.
