Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Okay so, I got these headphones because I was in a rush to get one, they are okay in sound, and the headset is comfortable but the firmware SUCKS, I literally had it less then 3 weeks and it blew out on me, wouldn't turn off, I heard myself but others couldn't hear me, I got no audio playing on it, I tried to hard reset it, and made it so much worse ! plus to hard reset it its a very tiny hole and you need something as small as that hole to press on a "button" but it just did absolutely nothing. would not recommend at all.

Only problem I had with the headset was the cutting out (sound). I ended up preferring the Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Gen 2 because of the better bluetooth and the better sound.
