Distance from Xbox to headset is 10 ft without issues. All three 9x headsets had issues shutting off regardless of full battery. Also cutting in and out during games was annoying. I kept the product updated via Steelseries GG engine as recommend. But that still didn't help anything with the problems.

They are a little weak for my pleasure. Should have been made with metal and not plastic.

Not worth the money

First couple weeks were good. Only problem I started with was whenever watching any videos (YouTube, Hulu, ect.) there would be constant crackling and popping in the audio. Never found a solution for that problem. Now game audio cuts out or gets crackly and party chat cuts out for both me and other members in the party. For this product to be rated one of the best headsets for Xbox Series S|X is insane for what you get. Everywhere I looked online everyone else been having the same issue as I have for years. I recommend to stay away from this particular headset and look elsewhere.
