My son loves this headset. The quality of the sound is A+ for sure.

This is a dumpster fire. Purchased to use with xbox series x as advertised. The headset took a frustrating amount of work to get connected, which ultimately required hard setting my console to get them to connect. Ok great, that was a pain but these should be awesome I foolishly thought to myself. Jumped into a game with some friends, was told the audio was cutting in and out. I thought to myself, maybe 10' away from the TV is a bit far. I move 6' away. Minutes later the controller disconnects, headset disconnects, and I can not get the controller to reconnect. I hard reset my console again, pair everything up (controller first, then console), apologize for dropping out of the game to my friends who are now waiting and boom, headset disconnects. Headset reconnects. Headset disconnects. Headset reconnects. On and on and on. Avoid this at absolutely ALL costs with the xbox series X. Steelseries not only acknowledges this is a trash fire for Series X, but even has a dedicated page for the issue. If you find that page you'll see there's no ETA on a fix. At first, it was a great product that I was enjoying, but after the second time I used it, started to ve uncomfortable, didn't realy fit in my head, the band to adjust it didn't really work so I end up returning the headphones.

they sound good but will likely break within a year of purchase and warranty doesnt cover that type of failure, apparently.

Ridiculously comfortable. Coming from Turtle Beach headsets, these feel like premium quality.

These are really top notch headsets. The versatility of this specific pair really make them worth trying, if you haven’t.

Very pricy for a headset than I am used to but you get amazing quality. Great sound quality just wish this was a little lower priced.

First off, I'll start by saying I don't have the Xbox connection interference issues many others reported, my story is different. The gaming sound is great - I enjoy it. But here's the problem. - The headset will connect to the Steelseries Engine and let me tinker with the different audio presets, but the headset will not take on the audio settings I push to it. So that's pointless. And, the Bluetooth is pointless because it disconnects intermittently, whenever it wants, usually around 2 minutes after connecting. The icing on the cake is that I began a tech support case with Steelseries 3 days after I purchased this, but since their replies come about once every 10 days or so, we just came to the resolution that since I purchased this outside of the Steelseries online store, they cannot do anything to help exchange (or at least partially refund) me for this - as I don't want to return it, I still like to use it for games. And now we are far past the Best Buy return or refund period, that's the end of this story. So the 1-star is coming as a result of warning you that if you want to buy this from Best Buy, be ready to exchange it or return it at the store quickly, don't mess with Steelseries support!

This are the best headsets I have ever own. Perfect sound and perfect mic no complaints at all.

Great sound quality and microphone. That being said, they have completely fallen apart on me. The plastic just shattered around the top of the earphones where they connect to the headband.

Super happy can take a call or listen to music while using them with my xBox. They are comfortable on my big head.

Volume doesn't get loud enough and the headphones cut out. Some people swear by these but I didn't have a great experience.

Cannot reccomend the headset as it has major connectivity issues with the Xbox Series X. It causes the console to power cycle, disconnects controllers, and has periodic loss of audio. The audio quality is good when it works, but it is just too frustrating to deal with all the other issues. Avoid. Buy the 7x when it's in stock.

This the best headset I have ever owned. Wireless headsets are life changing and this definitely did not disappoint

My son loves them. Exceptional quality. Tad bit of money for a Xbox headset. A microphone works really well

No connection issues. Updated firmware on my MacBook Pro before use and they pair to my Xbox one x effortlessly. Whether they’re on first or the Xbox is on first, whenever I turn on the other they instantly pair and a little message pops up that says headset assigned. You can hook it up to Bluetooth on your phone as well . It’s really nice, past connection issues have obviously been solved in recent firmware updates. Only gripe I would have is I wish they were just a little louder.
