I was really hoping to love these but... •The Bluetooth connection range on these is a lot weaker than my controller so they easily become disconnected when I walk away from my console with them on and can sometimes be finicky when reconnecting •I have a bachelor of science in audio engineering and in my *expert* opinion these headphones do not sound that great even compared to budget wired headphones I’ve tried. They sound dull and quiet. •The battery life has reduced significantly in a year. The older usb charging port makes charging just slightly less convenient than usbc ports and the lack of a charging station doesn’t help either. I often find myself wearing these headphones with the charging cable plugged in because the battery does not last. •Lastly, a screw or something recently came loose and fell out inside one of the driver housings and it’s really annoying hearing something rattle around next to my ear whenever I move my head. These headphones live on my desk so it’s not like they get abused at all. Overall these headphones are not worth the price or hype in my opinion. Yes, they are comfortable enough to wear for a while. Yes, the wireless capability can be nice for a while. There are a few other tricks this headset has that still make it cool but if I had to buy a replacement headset I would not go with one of these again. In the end I ended up disappointed.

These headphones are excellent !!! Syncs up with Xbox One very easily and also syncs up with cellphones via bluetooth.

Was on sale and just got a series x, works great and would buy again.

Decent sound clarity. Can't tell if it's "surround" but I think it supports that. Big issue 1) doesn't always pair right with the Series X, 2) used with the xbox IR dongle on a pc and audio was choppy to the point of ruining the experience. Once it pairs with the pc good luck getting it to pair back to the xbox. Other than that, nice features (bluetooth, mix between spoken mic audio and game audio). So, gets a solid 70/100, and would be 80 85 for $100-$150 instead of $200.

Great product. The connection can be a bit weak when you get to far away from the source but you can't really game when you can't see a screen.

So this headset is sorta cool, but cool its hefty price tag. The audio through bluetooth is absolutely too low at its maximum volume. I bought these and the Turtle Beach Stealth 600 at the same time for my pc and xbox. The Turtle Beach Stealth 600 does not have bluetooth, nor a 3.5mm audio jack but does boast a much louder sound and deeper bass for gaming and music alike at a fraction of the price.

I know this is an xbox headset but it advertises PC compatibility, granted you have to use an xbox wireless adapter, because somehow bluetooth does not work with Discord. As soon as you join a chat channel all other sounds are muted. If you connect using xbox wireless adapter it works properly but the range is terrible. 12 feet away from the dongle line of sight and constant cutting out that ruins any experience I am having audio-wise. Sometimes even cuts out completely and the computer switches to another device. If you go 15 or 20 feet away you lose all audio. I did not expect this to be an issue for $200. Bought this to replace a 2 year old RIG 800 headset, which does xbox and PC with no issues and great range. Returning these and getting another pair of RIG 800s

These are my favorite headphones for my Xbox. I have a pair of Astro Gaming that I like and fit well, but when I needed a pair for an additional console, I decided to give these a try. I have a large head and this fit me well and are probable more comfortable than my Astro Gaming, which I find very comfortable. I especially like the Arctis 9x headband, it adjust easily and is comfortable. They can only be paired with on console at a time, but that isn't a big issue.

For the price point of this product expect much better than these headphones deliver. 1) If the volume isn't started turned all the way down when I turn the phones on. The volume level is often too quiet at max. I have to turn the headphones off and repeat the volume all the way down process. 2) Even when the headphones work at max volume. What's delivered doesn't sound better than a set of Astro A20. 3) Using them wirelessly on a PC...don't. The audio distortion isn't worth your teeth grating. 4) The out of the box fit is quite snug on the ears. I did find a quality set of aftermarket ear pads that helped this out. Again at this price point they should be more comfortable. 5) Any EQ changes or mic settings had to be made from the PC. On the positive 1) Any latency wasn't noticeable. 2) They paired easily with the Xbox. In all, even catching these at a sale price It still wasn't worth the money. I've switched back to the Xbox headset which don't sound as crisp on the treble but are far more functional. Hard pass these headphones unless they are on a deep sale.
