I wished for better

They just stopped turning on tried multiple cables and nothing went through the steps on steelseries website to try and reset them but nothing.

Great Beginning Headset

You have to install SteelSeries proprietary software to a PC or Mac and then plug in the headset and update to the newest firmware update 18.0. Out of box it was on firmware 13 or 14. So SteelSeries has issued a fix since all this glitches. Just have to update the software on your end. Other than that it’s a great headset and works well for the Series X. Will update if anything changes.

Super high price poor quality

Sound quality is really average, I’ve had $50 headsets with better sound quality. Not as comfortable as they look, if your over 18 or just have a big head the headphones are somewhat uncomfortable from the top, not worth that price and definitely not recommend it.
