Not really one for writing reviews but I had to, to hopefully help the next person. These headphones are great... when they work. Really wanted a wireless pair but almost every time I would power these on, I would constantly lose audio and I could never figure out why. Ended up returning these and buying the Corsair HS60 Pro’s and I couldn’t be happier with them. A single cord to the controller beats a wireless setup with a poor connection any day, just from my experience unfortunately.

Overall awesome functionality with being able to connect to both my Xbox and any other Bluetooth device. However, the headset is coming apart where the left ear cup attaches to the headband less than a year after purchase. They still function fine but it does suck to know they will inevitably break all the way.

They worked great on the first day! I love that I can game and listen to music or answer a call at the same time. However, the volume quality after only 48 hours of use has deteriorated. I even googled it and it is a known issue. I hope they release an update to fix it.

Horrible headset i’m upset you can’t give a product zero stars. Biggest problem was disconnecting from your xbox every minute or two which is not only aggravating but also kills your communication with teammates. If constant disconnection isn’t the only problem the headset has many other glitches like freezing some static at times and pretending to be off when actually on. i tried everything suggested on the website including restarting the headset with a pin and even changing my internet. I even returned the headset thinking i got a defective model but nope the entire product is garbage. There is no patch or fix a year after headset released. wish there was a compromise becuase headset COULD have been promising

I am a long time Steel Series supporter. I would even say fanboy. However, this headset is just plain awful. It has the trademark comfort and style but is plagued with unreliable connection, poor sound quality, and also weak battery life. That makes the fact that this is still using micro usb trash to charge even more frustrating. I have been using Arctis 3 wired to the Xbox Series X controller and those sound amazing. I wanted wireless though and these are on their way back and I will keep shopping for a wireless set. Avoid these at all costs.
