great headset for gaming and listing for music!!!!

Ive had this headphone for 2 years now and glad I got it. Its has realy clear audio for fos games and has a nice clear mic that is good as far as headphone mics go. I will say will mine is still in good condition it is prone to scrating and I could defently see someone breaking it if they use it outside of the house. The pairing feature is a great feature as well but is a bit finicky. Ide get it again if but would recommend grabbing a hard case that rage around $20.

The Arctis 9X was a wonderful gaming headset but if you want to use it online and watch Youtube on your PC it will make stuttering noises on the audio and will be very irritating. For Xbox they are amazing and I thought I would use them for years but no. yesterday I took them off and the swivel part on the left ear cup cracked. Also please mind that I treated these $200 headphones like $200 headphones and be as gentle with them as possible to make them last longer. I can't get a repair appointment in my area, customer support is 1 hour and 58 minutes on hold and Steel series customer support is only during the week days. Don't stay away from the headset because it has a plastic structure, just make sure to buy the Ultra best friend All State no worries Johny on the Spot, I got you covered buddy Until my 5 year old gets his masters degree warranty!!!!!!

Still the best product in my opinion for Xbox series S/X. I use it and love it. I had to replace another similar product that was slightly cheaper $99 as it had too much crackling etc and would cut out. With the steelseries I dont have any performance issues.

While the enjoyment was short lived be for warned Buy Warranty. We bought this for my husband and at the time I couldn't understand why a manufacturers warranty wasn't good enough. Three months later my online gamer friend told me how his broke at the thin brace that holds the speaker to the headband, I thought wow! but he had a warranty and could replace at the store. Covid was a reason the mfg was telling me of all these delays to get a new headset replacement but they also wanted me to destroy the headset and send in photos and the headset back which is fine however they didn't know when they would send a replacement. Not good due to my son having some issues couldn't fathom not having a unknown replacement date. After the other arm broke and the company said it was too late to return. Garbage now.

Very good easy to connect have had since December and no issues.

only drawback is the short 1 minute warning it gives before it's out of power

The best set of gaming head phones wireless that is money can by you turn them on and do nothing they power on your Xbox and when you power down your Xbox they shut off by themselves totally awesome all you do is charge them very good for the money

I wanted to get my son good gaming headphones. These have been a great choice. He loves them, using in gaming situations with the ability to answer his phone. We are very pleased with the SteelSeries Arctis 9X.

love the dual connectivity! I use it with my phone and my xbox so I have no trouble with calls or facetime while I'm gaming

Way better than the stupid turtle beach headset. I was constantly getting headaches from the pressure on my head from the wireless turtle beach that was $100. Ended up switching an paying extra for these an I don’t regret it at all. Hardly any pressure on my head. Best headset.

Not sure what’s up, the sound cracks and disconnects from Xbox time to time (but at bad times) And a day after my return period the sound quality minimized Over 50% and I have to have it at Max volume to hear basic details. $213

Was ok breaks easily if not careful. Sound is good though.

They work well easy to connect and charge. Range is not that great. ( when I run to the restroom while playing) I have to take them off or reconnect them. Hard to tell if I’ve turned them off. Liked my last pair better but don’t make those anymore
