Do not buy this headset unless you buy extended warranty. Had for 30 days. Stopped charging and powering on and off. Waiting over 1 week for response from company on warranty.

Works well for the all around gaming experience for Xbox

Amazing product I used for a year and than the battery stop working and I had to use the aux which the mic didn’t work just the audio so for the most part the headset is amazing definitely buy

I've had too many issues and only have had this a month. I'm not too impressed, but everyone recommended it. Its not terrible, but has growing pains. I expected to plug and play, not mess with audio and have it desync. Yes I updated it, no it didn't fix it.

Bought this headset for my son because he loves his games, it was expensive but he is really happy with it, and says it’s great!, would recommend.

I got these for my son to use with his Xbox series X and he has absolutely no complaints.

Pretty much garbage build quality. Flawed design and/or uses cheap materials. The audio quality is excellent. GET the replacement plan for $50+, be prepared to replace these every 6-9 months.

The are awesome!!! We just got the new Xbox and the sound quality is outstanding with our games! I highly recommend!! The surround sound is super cool! It had an adjustable, comfortable head band as well. The noise cancellation is amazing!

This is headset is miles better than my old one and is truly amazing. It is very comfortable, has great sound quality, good volume control with party/game mixer, and the dual Bluetooth feature is a must have. Worth the money.

work great with xbox. they are average for bluetooth though. i tried to use them with my PC and they would constantly disconnect. i returned them as i no longer play xbox and they had connectivity issues. i used my geek squad protection plan to exchange them.

Headphone sidetone (Mic Monitoring) is completely nonexistent, even with the setting on high. Audio was cutting in and out on the first day of use. Comfort and ease of connecting to your Xbox are the only positives.

I have issues with mic working some days then other times not.

Rig 800 started to get a slight crackle on low end, so I took them back and got the arctis as an upgrade. Connection issues make the arctis 9x headset virtually unusable. Pops in and out constantly. Bought yesterday afternoon. Returning first thing tomorrow a.m. hot garbage. Cheap plastic on metal frame, sound quality is ok at best, I have a 4 year old 60$ back up headset that out performs these. Not worth anywhere near 200

good product, disconnects often. other than that they work great

1st off they aren't too comfortable. I played for about 6 hours and they were killing my head. The ear cups are huge. The best ones I have had is the RIg 800lx. These you have to really set up. And I mean in detail. I will probably return them in a few days.

My grandson thinks they are awesome! After doing my research I felt I was purchasing him a great gift for Christmas! Well once he opened his gift, he said they were better than the one he had on his wish list! They should keep him happy!

Works very good, automaticly connects to the xbox whenever turned on, good batery. Works for the xbox one.

I love this headset! I bought it for my xbox and man does it deliver. The bluetooth feature is why I got it because I can be playing games while listening to my favorite podcast or talking on the phone such an awesome feature. Unfortunately, it isn't without it flaws sometimes the bluetooth can turn off the headset which can be frustrating at times but that can be fixed by resetting the headset.
