Pro: Xbox wireless built-in is convenient for dongle-less connectivity to Xbox. Build quality is acceptable. Retractable microphone is nice. Cons: Wireless connection is terrible. Audio constantly cuts in and out. Often drops connection in play sessions. Steelseries support says to move my wi-fi router - didn't help. They blame "interference". That's funny, my wireless xbox controller never disconnects and it uses the exact same connection. Even when working the sound quality is mediocre at best. I am past my return period. I wish I could get my money back.

This headset constantly disconnects from the Xbox and loses audio. They'll tell you that's it's interference of other devices, but I have none even remotely close to the Xbox. I found that sitting right next to the Xbox helps, but is very inconvenient. Any other advice is to reset your Xbox, router, and headset. However, considering that it disconnects every three minutes it would take longer to do these things. Other than the connection issues my friends complain about the headset making me sound like a game announcer and echos. Save yourself the trouble and buy anything but this.

I bought thse fro my grandson who was turning 18 and he jsut loved them. He said that they worked great on his Xbox series x

Decent headphones, but should be much more comfortable for the price. Material also feels cheaply made.

Boy was I wrong! The comfort this headset provides is unlike anything I’ve had before, almost feels like nothing is on. I game everywhere in my house, the wireless range on this bad boy has no comparison. Super happy with this purchase.

I purchased this headset in October and by Dec 1st they broke. It started by not connecting to my Xbox and the light not turning on. I looked up how to reset them and tried putting a paper clip in the reset hole on the left ear and did nothing. It then started to make a contact ringing noise that won’t stop. Before this happened Ed I was having issues with my Xbox parties not hearing me and I would have to tun on and off my headset each time for it to work. Not happy with the product and the sad part is I can’t get my money back or a replacement.

Love these headphones. Use them for all my gaming systems.

Mic is low making younhard to hear to others. Sound quality is average. Not the biggest fan.

Love steel series have tryd alot of their different headphones love how they are muliconsle use.

The headset has good quality I liked the mic and very thing was amazing until it started to break by itself, 3 months after I bought it

I was extremely excited when purchasing these headphones however when I received them they did not perform to the standard I had hoped. I found that you can purchase the turtle beach stealth 600 or 700 and get the same quality sound as these. Where this headset really failed was it’s wireless connectivity with my Xbox. It connected no problem but continuously disconnected while playing which became extremely annoying very quickly and resulted in me getting snuck up on and killed far too often. I thought at first that the Bluetooth was what was causing the wireless range to be short so I disabled it but, I still had the same issues. Don’t waste $200 on this headset. I am returning it ASAP.

Great headset, especially since you have to go through do much to get certain hi-end headsets of last-gen to work on the new consoles. Be sure to check if your last-gen headset will work with the new consoles.

Well these headphones do you sound great they Made a loud noise and Wouldn’t turn back on or charge after four months that along with the disconnects has me doubting Buying steel series again.

My third purchased headset and went for the best. Glad I did. Cheaper ones just don't match up. Mic quality, headphones quality, connection quality, multiple connection, all 5 stars.

Best headset I’ve ever purchased. I like that I can play music from my phone while gaming and still hear the game volume and party volume. Make sure to keep at least 10 feet away from your router/modem or it may disconnect randomly.

i bought an xbox one s strictly for media consumption and to use a headset for dolby atmos. it's great for that. i did knock two stars for build quality. mine is fine so far, but lots of reports of broken (plastic) headsets. buyer beware
