These have a very neutral sound profile. Bass isn't booming while still present. The mids and highs on these are very articulate and clear(they have almost no distortion).

Please help yourself by researching all of the issues people are having online with this headset. They take hours to sync to PC by the time you find the right driver, take off the ear pads, reset the device, then deal with constant interference for a device that cost $200. In addition, one day (likely after 2-3 weeks of use) the device will not turn on or take a charge which seems to be a common theme. I will happily be returning this and buying a different brand.

So far so good. This is my first wireless headset by Steelseries. They are just as good as my wired Steelseries. They have great range for wireless headset.

I LOVE this headset...BUT...after only 4 months of use, the microphone stopped working. The headset will still connect to my XBOX & Bluetooth-capable devices, the battery doesn't have any charging issues, the microphone mute button still seems to be working (as the red light on the mic toggles when I toggle the switch), and the chat balancer and volume wheel work. It's just the mic that has stopped working. Really irritating that the mic broke after only 4 months of use.

Worst gaming headset I’ve ever had. Google these headphones and the issue with disconnecting over and over again and scratching sounds. Tried for warranty repair and was told they did not have stock and no ETA and I would have to cut (yes I said cut) my headphones and send a picture before they would process the warranty replacement which did not have an eta. Waste of money.

They’re ok I play my game with them but they tend to go in and out.

Do not work on the latest Xbox s or what ever the series This is the second one from best buy I purchased and we can’t use And because i baught them for Christmas Now say my time is up for return !!! Now i have over $200. In head sets new no one can use !!! What kind of rack is this ??

Love this headset. Have not had any problems. I can use both my phone and gaming at the same time.

They are sporadic when used with the bluetooth on the Xbox X system. It's annoying. As I read up on it, it sounds like it is a problem with Microsoft.

Worst headset I’ve ever owned . Constantly drops connection to my Xbox and having to reset many many times . Gave it the benefit of the doubt but Now after 1.5 year of ownership they won’t charge or turn on no matter what I do. I was also told Best Buy can’t replace them even when an employee sold me to total tech but it doesn’t cover my headset . It’s junk, don’t waste your money or time .

The only thing I would say needs improvement is when you’re trying to turn the headset louder one Side of the head so it will go completely silent until you crank you passed that point

Great at first. Then issues with connectivity were too much. I exchanged after a couple months for Astro a50s and they’re way better. If your a serious gamer and need to be able to communicate flawlessly, these might not be for you.someone who needs to get multiple uses out of it, like Bluetooth music on the go, or for iPads and such, they might be ok.

Honestly i liked they connected to my Xbox and i could answer the phone while im playing, no problems there whatsoever but i just hate that headset volume wasnt loud enough on game or phone calls

This headset has good conection when it doesn’t disconnect but you need to keep trying to make it work but when it is working flawlessly it is the best Bluetooth headset hands down.
