They seemed good quality at first, however, when connected to my Xbox the audio cuts out erratically but it happens consistently. This makes them pretty much unusable. Beyond that they occasionally disconnect completely. Also the charging cable isn’t USB-C, I know that’s a bit nit-pickiy but come on now let’s get up to date.

The audio when it’s working is A+ but the amount of times the audio lags and cuts out on these is insane for the price

This is the first time trying this brand. My son absolutely loves them.

These work well but time will tell. My son has gone through several different brands and hopefully these last we did get the insurance so we can exchange them if needed.

i bought the headset less than a month ago and they dont work anymore before that i was having connection issues. i would return them since i still have that option since its been less than a month ago but i dont have the package anymore. now i have to spend another 300$ on another headset

I bought these with high expectations, when joining parties I have to usually turn them off and then back on for my audio to come through. Outside of that they are good.

Yea they have good audio, but if you walk away a few steps from the xbox or pc it tends to disconnect

Great headset with great sound. Only con is my first headset broke at the pivot point with no abuse and very well taken care of.

Bought for Xbox Series X.....Completely regret buying these. It messes up the sync between controller and console constantly lose connection on controller and then have to go through the process of a hard reset to get it to work again. In addition I currently I can’t get the headset to even connect to my console hence why I’m writing the review. Don’t buy these, save yourself the frustration.

It was great for the first two months, suddenly it's stopped charging and there is no factory reset button. $200 headset is not worth it by any means. Disappointed to say the least read reviews this is a common issue with this headset

Besides the comfortable feeling on your head that is the only thing these headphones have going for themselves. Not only does this has it arbitrarily decide to keep sound going in the game on off on off, it is also hard to hear. The games sound will come in and go out randomly no matter what you do, not to mention that they turn themselves on and off at will.
