Do not listen to any of the good reviews on this headset. The connectivity greatly issues outweigh anything that is good about this headset. It randomly cuts out and will disconnect in the middle of a game and you have to power it off and then power it back on, not what you want in the middle of a game. Seriously do not buy this it is not worth $200 any other headset would be better.

Ended up returning after two weeks. The audio kept cutting out during a game. I did like the feel and the BT feature was nice.

Disappointing. This was supposed to be one of the best gaming headsets, but I have had so many issues with it. The main one is the sidetone issue that other people are having, as in, the mic monitoring on this headset is near useless. I feel like I'm yelling whenever I use the mic because no matter how much I crank up the mic monitoring with the software, it doesn't make a difference. I've even gone into the code to edit it like was suggested online and that doesn't make enough of a difference either. Another issue is it's connection quality - I've lost count of how many times this thing has disconnected, even 3-5 feet away. No router or metal or any other wireless signal in-between, just intermittently loses connection in the middle of whatever I am doing. The most recent problem is the crackling that I thought was connection dropping in and out, since it would randomly disconnect from my xbox. It's actually because I had the volume on max; when I turned the volume down halfway, it stopped crackling. Why would anyone make a headset with a volume option that would be too much for the drivers/speakers to handle? It's not even that loud when it is cranked.

Overall quality doesn’t seem as good as the Arctic 7 for PC and these are more expensive. Sometimes audio drops while playing a game.

Would be a great headset if it didn’t disconnect 7 times a day. Seriously got this out the package and it had disconnecting issues from the start. It finally just never turned back on. Remind you I’ve had this for less than 30 days... I play on Xbox and thought it was my Xbox at first but then realized there is no way because I’m sitting 4ft away from it!!!! Don’t buy this headset look else where.

Love this headset for Xbox. Have used it as wireless headphones for other occasions and they worked great. Havent had any issues with the ear cups.

I really enjoy being able to use these for my Xbox and I get so excited to play online with multiplayers so I can use this to the fullest of the abilities.

Had a pair of these. Love the sound and Bluetooth features. However I'm very careful with my electronics and the hinge broke after 1 year. If you search online about it you'll find most people got less than 1 year of use.

I personally really enjoy using the headset. I do recommend updating the firmware with a PC just to make sure you don’t have any issues.

I love the ability to switch between my xbox and my phone whenever I receive a phone call or watching something on my phone.

I bought this for my teenage son for use on Xbox One and Windows computer it seems to work right with both and looks to be very durable sound quality is great

Great gaming headset. Am really enjoying the surround sound and ability to hear all the sounds in the game.

This thing is pretty good, but it takes about 7 and half years to turn it on and off.. Bought 7 years ago still holding down that power button
