Too Quiet

Great sound quality but…

Especially when playing mirs morales and star wars. When i hooked it up to my x series, i notice the sound was split between the tv and the headphones. The sound quality was ok but a bit annoying because i could still some what hear the sound coming from the tv. I havent tried it on my switch yet. I did buy these on sale which is what I’d recommended for these.

Better than expected

At least for me it was more than I had expected. Not going to knock your socks off by any means but it’s priced really well in my none audiophile opinion. I think the average consumer would be pleased.

My old headset could remove the microphone, but I risk losing it.

Crappy cable.

I have gone thru two sets and two cables. The Customer Service from steel series is awful and slow. If your in your 30 day Best Buy period, return them.
