Still very good product in my opinion and was pretty cheap if anything.

I have gone thru two sets and two cables. The Customer Service from steel series is awful and slow. If your in your 30 day Best Buy period, return them.

It let me hear sounds i had trouble with hearing before. Very portable too. I love how the mic can be tucked away when you are not using it.
