Excellent quality for the price range, the only complaint is the built in mic isn’t the best and never wants to go back into the headset easily because it seems like the mic is actually backwards.

I was a little disappointed when we got these home and almost brought them back. On the website description, the product claims to have a USB C cable in the box. This was not included and I don't know where it would be plugged in. You MUST use these plugged into your controller and there is no rechargeable battery in the headset. Also didn't get ANY of the free items associated with the product when we bought them (Apple TV, Fubo, Amazon Unlimited). I believe the receipt was cut off early by the associate at the store. Customer service wasn't very helpful in all that either, so we missed out on some perks. I guess I need to buy the membership rather than use the free one (which seems pretty sad). Headset is good, experience was not as good.

However, the mic does not pick up my voice well unless it is right in front of my mouth, but the retractable mic does not go that far. The entire time, my team kept telling me that i sounded muffled.
