bought this for ps5. plug-n-play. Mostly used to play FPS games and if you download the companion app, it will load audio presets for that game like CoD or Battlefield and more.

Good headset. I had a Razer BlackShark V2 for about almost three years and the upgrade to this headset is an absolute joy. I have clearer microphone voice, sound and features are really great.

I like the headphones , great sound , build does feel kinda cheap but it’s nice for the price point! My mic sounds better in parties so that’s a plus as well

Was initially going to purchase the Arctis 7 but realized they were pretty much the same headsets. Overall happy with the sound quality and build. Battery life is a plus

I use this at work for Teams meetings and to listen to music. It's super easy to switch between 2.4 mode and Bluetooth! And the retractable mic keeps it out of my way when I just want to listen to music. Definitely recommend!

Good headset. Extendable mic is a great feature and the buttons are very useful. The pads tend to bug my ears after longer periods of use and I can hear my own audio feedback through the headset, which takes some gettong used to.

One of the most problematic headsets I have ever used. From the hardware to the software be ready to have troubleshooting and headaches at every step thanks to SteelSeries. The headset comes with a lovely proprietary USB-C transmitter to use wireless. No problem, connect it pair no issues right? No. I turn on my computer a few months after purchase and come to find out the transmitter has bricked itself so bad it will not turn on and will not reset and steel series "solution"? Buy another one. The software has a neat EQ and cool settings to play with. This software will not autodetect your headset even if it is the only thing connected the device. SteelSeries solution? Uninstall all of those EQ's you spent time making and use a previous update. Start from scratch. Okay cool transmitter doesn't work and EQ is messed up maybe you could use them as a wired headset for the time being? No. They do not work with the supplied usb-c charging cord as normal headphones they are ONLY wireless. If you have problems you are SOL for the low low price of $100+. Really the only redeeming qualities are that when they did work for a short period of time they worked well and sounded great. Performance without reliability is like driving a sports car that can not be refueled. The solution? Buy another car.
Very disappointed overall and will not be buying another SteelSeries product that is wireless.

Fantastic headset. Easy and accessible, plug and Play amazing sound. Sadly as the title suggests, I was born with a wrong size head And ears so it was just a little too snug for me. I did return them but only as I am a deformity and nothing to do with the actual headset. Would definitely buy if they made a slightly larger version.
