Her old headset made her so difficult to understand and weren't easy to use. She has absolutely no complaints about these, nor do I! She likes the voice feedback as her old set made her feel claustrophobic, they connect to her multiple devices between the dongle and BT, and she is so easy to understand now.

Won't stay connected

Had good luck with other versions of these headphones but these such because of that issue. 2 stars because the sound is good, but it's annoying
