This is probably one of the best headphones out there. If you play games a lot on you playstation or xbox, I highly recommend this item.

Works great with my two pc set up and my ps5. there can be some sound distortion but that’s if you crank the volume too high.

Got these for my wife to use when watching movies and stuffs late at night. She loves them and also the ability to use her phone with them.

So the sound quality is okay. One thing that that's frustrating with this particular headset is that on xbox, if youre in doscord and you quit a game and start another game your voice comes through as like a robot to your friends. I constantly have to turn the headset off and back on to fix it. The volume controls dont work well on xbox. Im mot saying on a playstation or pc that this headset wouldnt be good for but on xbox series x/s theyre not worth buy.

So for some reason it gets stuck ij Bluetooth mode and and still sayd its in 2.4 mode. I have to unplug the adapter and then disconnect the bluetooth from my phone to get it back overall great headset id buy it again

Headset has been great so far. The best thing however was the warranty program! This was a replacement for a headset that failed; there were no questions other than what was wrong with it - and would I like a replacement or a store credit. My son wasn’t with me so I took the store credit and let him pick this out instead. And of course, we got the warranty on this too!

Recently bought after returning a pair of Logitech headsets. I currently use the Artics 7X+ for my xbox and I need a headset for my PC since i work from home now, great purchase very happy would recommend

The item was purchased on Black Friday for a Christmas present. Upon finally opening, it was found that the sound quality was absolutely horrible. In game thunder and rain noises will intermittently become static robot type noise which ruins the game play. After verifying with another know good headset it was verified that tbe headset was the issue. Then I found that Best Buy on has a 14 day return policy. So now Im stuck with $100 paper weight. I would advise for anyone interested to do thorough research. I plan to reach out directly to the manufacturer to see about their warranty to hopefully replace then or refund my cost. Other than that they are very comfortable and easily compatible to my Xbox console.

We live where there is barely any cell service. We have over 20 devices connected to our starlink via Eero mesh system. 4 of us can play games online at the same time even while multiple devices are streaming. Never skips a beat!
