Purchased this headset to replace an older Steelseries headset I gave to a friend. I have to say it's the best and most comfortable headset I've used. It sounds great, especially if you're able to use it along with the Steelseries Sonar app on PC. Battery life is awesome and being able to game and also connect to my phone through Bluetooth at the same time is great! It's a super comfortable headset that I would definitely recommend to anyone looking, can't go wrong with this headset!

The headset itself is very comfortable, which I've come to expect from SteelSeries. The audio itself is rather good, but after about 6 weeks of owning these I thought they had bricked on me (like another review). However, a hard reset did the trick and they're working like new. The button is on the right earcup under the cushion, FYI. I'm knocking off a star because the wireless range isn't the best. It starts to get cracky about 15ft away. Not terrible, but sometimes I have to run downstairs and they disconnect.

Really good product works great great for quality sounds you get what you pay for other ones don’t last but these are great when you play your game

The sound quality is A1, the app that supports the headset is easy to use and doesnt need much to make eveerything sound good

So far so good. I bought these for my nephew as the hand me down Corsair set finally gave up on him and these have been working great. Really easy setup and the only issue we've run into is that it disconnects sometimes and will switch to bluetooth mode so we have to keep re-pairing them to his PC. We've changed the location of the dongle and everything to see if it makes a difference but so far nothing fixes this.

Loving thes headphones, crystal clear and customizable

First expensive headset that i bought and quality is good especially for gaming but sometimes the sound will squeak (from like connection lost) even though i am just right in front of my pc

This headset is way better then the Rigg brand i had before(still was a 100$ headset) and it last over 4 or 5 years. The Steelseries headset is easy to connect..the audio works fantastic! Only complaint is if you lean forward a little bit at all it wants to slide off your head....maybe its just me. The battery last 2 to 4 days of 2hrs+ use..its worth the money

A little bulky at times, especially with charging it. But I’ve travelled with it and it’s not too bad. Only issue is switching it between laptop and say my steam deck. Otherwise it’s great.

Good headset with good audio quality. Headset feels sturdy and well made, but mic and audio always cuts out anytime I walk anywhere around my apartment. Only live in a 700sqft apt so it sucks when I walk to the kitchen and no one on discord can hear me. For as much as this costs, you'd think the rf would have better range. I'd still recommend it if you're not hanging out in discord calls, or if you're just gonna stay at your desk.

These headphones are such a big improvement from my previous SteelSeries Arctis 7 headphones. Sound quality is still phenomenal but they are lighter and more comfortable and the Bluetooth connectivity that works concurrently with the wireless dongle connectivity is such a great feature.

I have been a long time best buy customer, and I’ve neber had to write a negative review. But in that csse its so egregious I had to warn other consumers. Steel series customer service is non-existent, and these headsets have a terrible design flaw in the way the ear muff connects to the headband. Not only was Best Buy not going to help, but the company said they wont repair, won’t replace, and won’t cover any damage, accidental or otherwise. I had to send them photos and a video showing the headset clearly wasn’t damaged by abuse, yet they still refused to help. $180 down the drain. These literally broke off in my hand when removing from my head, werent thrown or abused and yet the company regused to help. I’ve never experienced a company that refused to stand behind their product in this manner. Do not buy, look elsewhere for a more durable product.

I purchased this headset as an upgrade. From the previous geration model. This gens, upgraded the comforate but also overhaled the design. They took all the good features from the last gen and improved the comfort, design, sofotware, drivers, and layout. Now the model comes with USB C and works great with the Steel Series GG software, and great sounds quality. Would 100 percent recommend.

Honestly it's pretty decent. I haven't had any issues with it so far and for as long as I use them the battery lasts. They are lighter than the one I had.

I have strictly purchased Turtle Beach headsets for the past decade, and took a chance with these. The gamble paid off. These sound amazing and how comfortable they are was the real surprise. Works perfectly with PS5 & phone connected simultaneously. You can answer calls or listen to music through bluetooth while gaming if you want. Recommend for sure!

Use for my PC and VR and PS5, perfect! All super smooth connection, even picked up a second pair!
