Great headset. I've had an Arctis 7 for PC since 2020 and it is still going strong, but I wanted a headset with bluetooth and type-c USB. The updated design is a bit more comfortable in my opinion. Adjusting the headset fitment was a small learning curve, but I like it more than the last iteration for sure; since I can now adjust each earcup to my uneven ears.

Very comfortable to wear. Sonar works well. Mic does a good job on work calls and when headphones are connected to my phone via Bluetooth. Only downside I've experienced so far is some programs don't allow higher volume on headphones, so I'm not sure if it's the headset or the program

Great headset with bluetooth. I chose this over my previous headset based on comfort first sound second. I also enjoy the chat volume function so if im in discord i can adjust that separately from pc sounds.

The headphones provide for a long lasting wireless entertainment. Great battery life, and a far reaching wireless capability. Have used these for two years and they are still running like new. 

Headset is pretty awesome. Only had to reset it one time when the Bluetooth refused to turn off, which in turn made the headset unable to turn on. Reset process was really easy, and fixed the issue first try.

First off, the sound is pretty good. Sadly, it doesnt fit my head too well lol. However, the issue I have is that sometimes the steel series gg app is very crappy and youd have to reset your input at times, which i find is not something that should be done.

I think I need to tweak my settings some more. They sound good, but I am just not used to them and still learn how everything works again. So I am sure when I get everything dialed in. They will be great. They came highly recomended

Mixed feelings on this. As a head set, it sounds good. The microphone (based on feedback from people on the other end) is okay, but not better than my less expensive head=-set. When wearing these, I don't get status inputs like on others such as telling me what I am connected to, battery condition. For the price, I expected better microphone and features

For a gaming headset its terrific. I come from the turtle beach world where 50mm drivers rock your ears and can be used as both music headphines and gaming headsets but this one just doesnt cut it for both. Its not loud at all and has pretty weak base. But for gaming it really is great sound. And the GG sonar app is super customizable

I had beyerdynamics dt 990 before I got these, I love how they are wireless and how the mic is retractable, there is a light that will let you know that its on mute which is very usefull. The steelseries app allows you to change the sound quality best fit for whatever game you are playing which is amazing. Long battery life aswell.

I've had these for about 1 year and ever since about 3 months ago they've been having a problem on PC where the volume stays at max volume even though windows has volume set to 2% and the only way to remedy the problem is to unplug the adapter and plug it back in. DO NOT BUY unless you are willing to ruin your Type-C port from the amount of docking you will be doing just in order to not go deaf!

I have been buying Razer headsets for years and something told me to try something new this time. I liked this headset but disliked it at the same time.. 1. The general build quality just feels very cheap to me. I don't feel like they really gave this product their all, and for the price I feel like the quality could be better. 2. Sound quality is just okay.. It's definitely not a great "Music" headset. 3. No form of noise cancelling, when you're wearing it you can basically hear EVERYTHING going on around you. If you are trying to find something that blocks out noise, look elsewhere. The software you have to download for this headset definitely makes up for some of the flaws this headset has. If you can get this on sale, go for it. Don't pay full price though.

Great batter life, and build quality. Steel series never lets me down, this is my 3rd headset from them and my most expensive one yet. The quality is noticeably better than the rest, and since it’s steel series the mic quality is the best.

Gave this to my son and he loves it, he’s able to hear everything louder and clear

Love this headset. Bought myself a gaming PC set up for my birthday and got this headset on sale. Super happy with my purchase. Battery lasts a long time and sound quality is great. Sometimes it's a little weird to get connected but usually corrects itself with a power cycle on the headphones.

It’s a great headset! Especially with the eq software but the only thing that sucks is the top of my ears touch the plastic so they start to hurt after awhile

Headset connects to my work pc and my personal computer at the same time. No need to switch. This headset improves work from home experience. Mic quality is awesome, and headset is definitely good quality. Very comfortable, I can wear it all day without any issues.

Love this headset! I use it for both gaming and work zoom/Teams conferences. I like how I can walk around my office and drink coffee. I also like how you can split the game sound and discord chat sound into separate channels. Sometimes I like to mute my guildies and focus on the game itself! Feels light in my head, super long battery life.
